I disagree. You are also forgetting Samuel missed a week and left a game early. And kittle missed a portion of the season. Mitchell missed a couple weeks. Aiyuk was in the doghouse the first 6 weeks of the year for whatever reason. They are finally healthy on offense. It comes down to Jimmy G not being stupid with the ball. They actually have weapons all over the field that are healthy.

Well, that’s another reason I say they have the 2nd worst offense. The only QB worse than theirs is ours. Not saying it’s a bad O, but of the remaining teams?
They however have a tough physical defense.

I cant be the only one who wants the game to be on Saturday at 4:35 but I have a feeling the NFL will want Brady on SNF.

Carson got Doug fired.  He'll get Frank fired too unless they cut bait on him asap.

Doug got Doug fired when he told his boss his plan to fix the team was to promote all of his lousy coaches up a spot in the pecking order.

The away schedule looks soft as F.

Long way to go though so we'll see.

I agree. That schedule looks way better on paper now than this year’s schedule looked on paper last year.

I think Big Ben is likely also worse at this stage of his career then Jimmy G (assuming this raiders/chargers game doesn’t end in a tie). Could make the argument with Mac Jones since he’s a rookie playing in his first ever playoffs

i still think the niners if they protect Jimmy G in that Dallas game they will put up points.

Well, I’d agree there too. But, I was talking NFC. I’ll sure be rooting for San Fran next week though.

Jokes on you.

Brady's kryptonite has always been Foles, not the Eagles.

his kryptonite has always been the NFC east ;)

Not true since we have only beat the Patriots twice in 20 years,. All the rest have failed in Philly.

Now you want to add Eli in there fine, but the entire NFC East has sucked against him with the exception of two QBs.

Foles however took him down in Chicago as well. Foles has his number.

1-4 against the NFC East in the Playoffs.

Tbh in the nfc besides Brady and rodgers is there any QB you really trust? Stafford has been a turnover machine lately. Has 8 picks in his last 4 games. Dak outside of the nfc east is 5-5 and has been hit or miss. Murray Has been ok since coming back from his injury but his first playoffs. Plus cardinals lost 4 out of 5 averaging just 21.2 ppg in that stretch. Then you have Jimmy G and hurts.

I am so damn hyped for next week. Can't wait to see what this team is going to do in the playoffs against a good team.

Raiders are embarrassing the Chargers right now... but... we saw a different LA team cough up a 17-0 lead.  So, this is likely not over yet.

Again 2 QBs listed. all others have failed so its not the NFC East otherwise we would be looking at alot of QBs on the list and including the other two teams.

I have no dog in this fight.  I don't care.  But, in limited opportunities, the NFC East has a better record against Brady in the playoffs than any other division.   Cut it any way you want.   I don't care.

And I don't see the Eagles winning this weekend, but I sure hope they do.

Thank You.  Barely beat the 2004 Donovan Lead Eagles on XXXIX.   Let Eli and the Giants D end the Perfect Season in XLII.  Then Let Eli and the Giants D get him again in XLVI.   Get Dominated by Nick Foles and the Eagles O and Played his best game in his entire Playoff History only to get strip sacked in LII.  They barely beat Washington starting Henieke last year on his way to XLV.   NFC BEAST Always gives Brady Problems.  He got out of the first round last year but doesn't mean this year will be the same.

21-4 lifetime against the NFCE

As far as the draft, we're more likely to trade down, with 3 1st rd picks bunched, if we're looking at tiers, we might figure 2 picks in that tier justifies trading down from 19 or so and getting more picks, ammo to then trade up for targeted players in later rounds.

I also thinks this will reflect the confidence that Siri and Gannon have in their ability to coach up young players, they won't feel the need for a NFL ready player who can immediately dominate and relieve them of that task. My suspicion is they'll prefer more good athletes with the right intangibles who can compete for spots, not just starters, but the depth that makes every spot a fierce competition.

If I were in charge I would start the trade talks with pick 15, with NO (17) and the loser of the Chargers-Raiders game (18) being the highest priority targets.  That would generate a waterfall scenario.  If 15 goes to 17 with the knowledge of who NO is targeting, the likelihood is that that player being not an Eagles priority is high … very high.  That leaves you with 16 and 17 and you repeat the scenario with those two picks. All the while you know who is on your board and if the wrong trade offer comes you snatch that player,

49ers traded • 2015 first round pick (#15-Melvin Gordon) to Chargers for • 2015 first round pick (#17-Arik Armstead) • 2015 fourth round pick (#117-Blake Bell) • 2016 fifth round pick (#142-Ronald Blair) on 2015-04-30

49ers traded • 2013 first round pick (#31-Travis Frederick) • 2013 third round pick (#74-Terrance Williams) to Cowboys for • 2013 first round pick (#18-Eric Reid) on 2013-04-25

49ers traded • 2009 second round pick (#43-Everette Brown) • 2009 fourth round pick (#111-Mike Goodson) to Panthers for • 2010 first round pick (#17-Mike Iupati) on 2009-04-25

And this different but interesting example

Seahawks traded • 2009 second round pick (#37-Alphonso Smith) to Broncos for • 2010 first round pick (#14-Earl Thomas) on 2009-04-25

Yeah, he's got a lot of wins.... he has no kryptonite, but if we are looking to put some positive spin... then the NFC East in the playoffs has the best record.

I do need to correct myself though... 2-4... he beat Washington last year too.

So now Brady "barely winning" a game counts as having his number? LOL

That was crazy. Maybe the Chargers will get some momentum now.
