More elite QBs in the playoffs, the better. Want Herbert in.

Dude no lie came here to say watching him play reminds how much I loved B west..strange lol

If we end up at 15, 16 and 19 I feel like there's a large chance that we trade. Doubt our board will line up with 3 that close to each other.

Yuck. Dean at 15.

They’d be morons not to.

Oh i was just making the point they aren’t taking a LB regardless. frankly i think they’d be dumb not to take ojabo and leal if available at 15 and 16.

I kind of think the eagles would take ojabo and leal back to back. As much as we need a LB they won’t do it.

Sure.  But there will be nice options at 15/16.  And this site only has Pickett and Corral in the top ten.  I can see another QB or two moving ahead of our slot.

Reagor over the obvious choice Jefferson was one of the biggest draft blunders I had ever seen. I mean EVERYONE knew Jefferson was going to be a stud. Him falling to us was a complete gift. And Howie f'kd it up.

I honestly didn't know because I don't follow ncaa like that but I can tell you 2 facts..

1. DK was a workout warrior to alot , who took pictures of himself jacked and had like 30 catches his senior year. Nobody thought he was smart to draft where was, and alot of people approved JJaw over him.

2. Jefferson was highly regarded as a slot WR coming out, where we wanted an outside WR. Speed. That's what we went for and failed.

And lastly, Howie wasn't crucified for either until people saw how these guys translated in the NFL. They were certainly bad misses, but they aren't as obvious as a blunder at the time like alot of fans like to make it seem.

Eagles line moved to 8.5. Closer to what I expected.

Not sure there’s more than 2. I’m hoping so but willis is about the only one i think has a chance. Howell, Ridder, strong and zappe i just don’t see them cracking the first round unless someone makes a move like the ravens did with lamar to get the fifth year option.

I'm hoping to bet the Eagles at +10.

And if they can do that I will be thrilled.

No worries... I got all 3.

Jefferson was only looked at as a slot by people who didn't actually follow him at LSU.  He was an outside WR the year before, but when Chase came to LSU, he moved to the slot because it was better for the team.  And Jefferson has since proven, he's not just a slot, same as I told people for months leading up to the draft.

And yes, Howie was blasted for not taking Jefferson at the time.  Plenty of people in here went off about it.  I was one of them.

I follow college as much as the NFL. Reagor came from the Big 12. A conference that plays zero defense. Jefferson on the other hand shredded the SEC. The toughest defenses and best teams in the country. Jefferson was not going to bust. He was a stud that could play anywhere on the field. LSU had him in the slot because with Chase on the team as well it was the best fit for the team.  Reagor was "fast". We could have had him in the third round.

I go Lloyd over Dean but that thought may change after tomorrow.

With the emergence of Milton Williams, and we still have Cox/Hargrave under contract, I don't see the benefit of going DT in RD1. EDGE is such a bigger need...

I was 100% with you until the last sentence. Lol

Ok maybe second. He was still a reach where we took him. At least for me. I wasn't to impressed. Maybe my big 12 plays pee wee defense bias.

That’s PI but that ball wasn’t remotely catchable. No one was even in the area. Landed like 25 yards away from where the PI happened

Uhh, that should've been illegal contact. That was not a catchable ball whatsoever.

Well one things for sure, Master of the Draft will be off the hook this year

Because Leal is a stud and makes Cox tradeable. Cox is a shadow of his former self at this point and the contract is an albatross. If we can get something for him and move on, as much as I love the dude…it’s time.

They’ll go DT in a heartbeat if that’s the BPA. Cox is not all pro anymore. He may only have one more season in Philly.

and F Tampa Bay. I’m still mad about 2002 and that one long field goal a few years later

I agree. If somehow both Leal and Ojabo are on the board at 15…they should have both their cards ready immediately. Then at 19-21 you grab the next best CB, hopefully Sauce Gardner.
