Good Lawd. How in the universe do you fire Flores unless he was a problem behind the scenes? His teams always looked well coached, albeit always missing good QB play.

Agree - with the turn around they had the second half of the year- he should have at least been given next year.  Turning over coaching staff every 2-3 years is NOT the way you win consistently in the NFL. 

 

Brian Flores should not have been fired.

However, he should have tanked the Dolphins season by trading assets at the deadline. Congrats on 9-8!

Ross is a UM Alum and Harbaugh might be itching for a job. 

Sounds like Flores couldn’t stand Tua. Hard to when you watch what’s happening in Los Angeles. Similar to the Justin Jefferson drama here, they passed on what looks to be a historical QB. I’d be pissed too.

Agreed. But listening to Sirius they talked to a bears beat reporter which said last time they had the opening Ross (Michigan)wanted harbaugh and now that harbaugh is willing to leave Michigan for the nfl that Ross is going after him again. I know darlington tweeted what he did but bears reporter also connected to Michigan talked about it.

Flores to Houston IMO.

Flores seems like a pretty good coach, but for some reason has gotten a complete pass for the Dolphins being a Damien Harris fumble from a 0-8 start. He somehow got coach of the year buzz, which was hilarious.
