No, Jax decided to take Taylor away and make Wentz try to beat them.

NFL teams do that.

I have watched the Colts quite a bit this year, the offensive line has not played well the entire season.

Funny how that happens everywhere he goes.

No one is excusing his play the last two weeks, but it is not all on him.  Even Colts writers see it.

Weird that they were the first team to come up with that plan.

It's about to hapen to us. Teams will take away our Run game and Goedert,  try and keep Hurts in the pocket, and they will make Hurts beat them.

Parrot is a hater and feels the need to itys, I'm sorry to say. Wentz was bad last year and he was okay this year until the final 2 games. I'm sorry to say that I think he's done in the NFL, he might get 1 more season in Indy.

This doesn’t terrify me. If a team stacks the box, spies him, and shades to goeddert, I think he could

He's looked like a top-15 guy for most of the season - there's just so many bad QBs out there, I'd figure he's back with the Colts next year.  He could just hang it up sooner than later - as he doesn't seem to have the mentality to be a high quality backup, stopgap, etc.

IMO, if the qb is a problem, then the qb is the problem.

Yep.  And it’s ridiculous that this city just loves to ish on players who weren’t A holes.  McNabb and Wentz.  It’s unoriginal and sad really.  The injuries killed his game.  No reason to have sheer hate for the guy.  Move on.

The "city of brotherly love", loves to hate it's players.

I thought he would/could pull an Andrew Luck after the Clowney cheap shot.

Yeah - I don't doubt that he has a rich interior life, he's gotten paid and the game has taken its toll on his body (he really never recovered from the Rams injury), which is definitely the formula for an early exit.

But Wentz carried the team in 2019 with less at OL and way, way less at WR.  He should be able to do it with Indy, right?

I resisted the urge to boo Corey Clement the other day - as he has something of a history here.  Zenmaster indeed.

Bummer.

One more year. He can still leave whenever he wants for a promotion.

Clowney happened.

There's going to be a lot of interesting QB moves in the offseason.  Lots of teams need QBs and there isn't much in the draft.  At least 8 teams in the QB market.

If the Colts move Wentz there will be buyers -- not a first round pick, but likely a 2nd.  PIT and WFT are pretty desperate -- and the Saints should be.

Garappolo on the move for sure, Wentz sounds likely (judging by the quotes), possibly Wilson and Goff, Watson if he stays out of jail should settle his lawsuits by late spring.

He hasn't been the same since.  His recognition and processing aren't what they used to be.

Indy and their fans/media are just upset.  The losses to end the year still sting.  They will get over and Wentz will be back in 2022.

Now if he does a repeat or regresses more than they'll likely move on.

No offense.

Was being sarcastic.  What does Clowney have to do with this year is what I was trying to say.
