I don't know if anyone recalls, but Dhani Jones did a travel show years ago - I'd completely forgotten about it until this mention. 

Anyway.  My folks were on holiday with some friends in Iceland and the wife who is as about as British posh and nosey as you can get, met this weird African American man in one of the hot springs called Danny, who claimed to play in the NFL and was doing a travel show.  She basically bent his ear off about random stuff and wished him well thinking he was lying about being a sportsman. Too nice and educated.

It was only when they mentioned it to me a couple of weeks later and I showed them a picture, that they were like, yep, that's the man.  He was telling the truth

And that is a weird anecdote that serves no purpose. It just made me laugh with the comments after about him

Funny story though.

They saw him in the hotel a couple of tims and said he was dressed eccentrically.  Don't recall if he had the bow tie on r not, but I'm sure she would have asked him why if he had.
