No big deal. Every single time I suggest we need interior lineman in the draft I am told we can take any 5th rounder and slap him in there.

Jeff Stoutland + 5th round pick

Looking very windy down there on NFL Network.  Colleen Wolfe is such a fox.

@LeanMeanGM my actual prediction:

Bucs 31

Eagles 21

Hurts throws a pick.

Not sure. If if like fecal matter built up in the pouch, they went in and cleaned it out. He could've gotten sepsis or something if it went untreated for too long.

If it wasn't an active infection, then the phrase life threatening is a bit weird. Seems like they would've use the qualifying term "potentially life threatening" in that case.

I googled NFL players returning from appendicitis, and all of the examples provided showed players missing 1-2 weeks. Didn’t see anyone play the week of.

We, so far we've used a 6th rounder and a UDFA to replace Brooks.  A lot a behold!  We have the #1 running offense.

Not having a day-2 pick as your #6 option at OG isn't a crisis.

Right.

Let's ignore Kelce retiring, Brooks leaving, Dickerson and Driscoll's injury history. Seumalos serious injury.

Not saying we need to take an interior lineman with one of our firsts, but to pretend it isn't a need is stupid.

Why would the Eagles tip their hand ??

Idk if the bucs gameplan would be any different if they knew prior to today. It's not like sweat is someone opponents have to really prep for. He had a good year this year but I don't think he is a guy other teams are afraid of

Maybe severe food poisoning?  Hard to know.

Usually no "emergency procedure" in those cases though, no? Maybe antibiotics I suppose but I thought usually food poisoning is from the toxins produced by the bacteria, not necessarily from the bacteria itself.

BOOOOOOO!!!  Huntley inactive and Reagor active.

Lol. Did y’all see that dude in the Mailata jersey on NFL network push that Patriots fan😂😂😂😂😂

Keep in mind they rushed Hurts to the hospital because he had to take a sheet. It’s very possible the Eagles PR is over blowing whatever the issue is.

Reagor did well against Dean in the first matchup. Maybe Reagor finally has his breakout game?

Minshew making a statement with the McMahon jersey going into the stadium?

The Bucs will get to lineup Vea or Suh headup on Opeta.

Outside zone, traps, counters, Kelce pulls - no inside zone today, I’d imagine.

Typical Florida

Listened to some sports radio this morning to get pumped. Did you know Brady didn’t shake Foles hand? First time hearing that nugget.

Belichek wouldn’t shake Sean McDermott’s hand last night either.

Well... we know it won't be a JJAW breakout game.

Brady will be fine.

You know more about the rest of the body than I do…I’d say life threatening is a bit of an exaggeration.  Id also say there was no way he’d play today after that.

Eh just speculating what abdominal pathology could warrant "an emergency procedure" but has a relatively short recovery which would leave minimally invasive procedures. Someone else could be right with diverticulitis too. Who knows.

Sucks we have to lean on Kerrigan.  Hopefully we see more of Williams/Avery than him now.

Yep. I don't think we are running inside very often today, at least on Opeta's side. We are going to have to attack off tackle.

So, what is the Eagles full WR squad for this game? Smith, Watkins, Reagor, Ward & ???

I'm glad... that seems a little too... uh... friendly.   PDA should be kept off the football field.

Brady is going to sit back and carve up Gannon's weak and complacent D. I expect the Eagles offense to have a decent showing but it probably won't even be a close game. I'm guessing 37-24.
