To all the confused people out there who don't know what is happening...they are playing a REAL team this week vs the cruddy ones the last half of the season. Hurts needs to go any way possible.

Not if Tampa keeps stacking the box and bringing pressure.  He hasn't shown any ability to be able to beat that type of D.  If he wants to be a starting NFL QB then he really needs to up his game, like right NOW.

its amazing that people will pile on Gannon though he has no talent. Yet the offense who has run 10 total plays and has put the defense in that position... people just wanna talk about firing the DC.

We need a QB, and talent on D. Gannon is fine. We forced 2 punts, and held to a FG. The offense is just giving Brady way too many chances with the ball. Nobody is going to stop him with this many opportunities.

Bowles is a great DC. He was always going to have a game plan that was going to take away what you do best (or at least minimize it) and force you to beat them in another way. The Eagles unfortunately don’t have the requisite repertoire to win in a multitude of ways. They have a great recipe if they can run the ball and control the line of scrimmage.  unless they are playing an inferior opponent (much of their 9 wins), they will struggle to score and find enough offense to keep up with teams that can score especially against our defense. Go back to week 3 against Dallas. Same scenario if your quarterback can’t make the simple reads, doesn’t trust his pocket and isnt making the throws that are the basics of this league then you aren’t going to win. Besides the defense being a disaster against better QBs and opponents, the offense has also let them down and part of the reason why the Eagles 0-6 against playoff teams. 

so going forward you have to either believe Jalen hurts is going to improve enough as a passer that will allow you to win in multiple ways on offense. Or build an elite defense to make up for the inefficiencies in the passing game that coordinators like Bowles will exploit. 

Let’s not ignore how bad the defense has been.  I think though the offense and play calling has not executed.  Hurts has also under performed.
