Of all the coaches, I think Moorehead will be let go. Sirianni waited a long time to retain him, and I can’t say that the position looked well-coached.

Maybe Reagor was a lost cause, but Watkins and JJAW make mistakes, we apparently still haven’t learned how to pick defenders or block without committing OPI.

The spin of "people just want Hurts to fail" has already begun.

This is absolutely real.

Strong is the best passer in the 2022 draft and it’s not remotely close.  I’m not going to die on a hill saying he’ll be great, but his ingredients as a passer are a value in that part of the draft.

As long as he has pocket mobility. Does he?

No, it absolutely isn't. Not for 99.9% of us that realize he's a terrible QB.

For what? He just layed an egg on national TV.

I don't care as long as he is gone.

Took all of seven minutes.

I just didn’t want to waste my afternoon.

I don’t know if people want him to fail, but some (many?) seem to take satisfaction out of it.

It’s weird.

He certainly doesn’t have mobility out of the pocket.  Pocket mobility?  I would argue yes.  Others might not.

LOL — people don’t have to want it.  Hurts will never win anything in the NFL.  The organization is fooling themselves if they are hoping otherwise

Agreed, plus I think his contract is up which makes it easier to just not retain him vs firing him.

Who?

There is the guy that’s been openly rooting for him to get injured all year long. It’s a thing, not a lot of posters in here do it but I have seen some

Reports are he's not mobile as far as scrambling, but he does possess pocket presence and can move/slide a step or two to buy time and make a throw.

And if true somehow that made him play bad?

who is throwing the ball to them? I would love Godwin here, but until we have a QB, it wont matter

I know that.  I'm already on record as wanting Carson Strong now.   The Hurts experiment has failed.

He’s Drew Bledsoe without the accuracy.

It’s weird.

After the first two drives I wanted him to fail on an epic level so people saw the epic piece of crap he is as a QB and they can move on with Gardner for a year or anyone else. I freaking hate him as a QB and I've never hated any Eagles QB before.

Let’s go niners

Nah, happens with every starting qb in philly

It should have started at the end of the first quarter...

Hurts can’t pass.  In preseason/training camp, it’s all passing.  This past offseason, everyone acknowledged that Hurts did not look good.

Theres no way Hurts would ever win an actual, honest, open competition.  Anyone you pit him against is going to spin it better.
