We already did that.   I'd prefer to waste a high pick on a Qb that can actually throw the ball.

That's a question I put out there earlier in the season and it's hard to pinpoint anything.  He doesn't have a strong arm, he doesn't read defenses well, he doesn't show the ability to do anything pre-snap.
