Back to the Eagles game.  Maddox was getting abused by Evans.  Was there anything Gannon could have done to change that matchup or was that just the result of a mismatch in favor of the Bucs?

He put Slay at S for 1 play early in the game for a bracket on Evans.

Who needs a GameDay play caller just leave it to the analytic nerds, what could possibly go wrong???

Ooh yeah this^

Irrelevant.  They’re more of a finished product then the Eagles.  And they keep choking.

Not in the fact that it's going to prevent them from being able to keep some of their talent.

I guess I take back what I said in a previous post.  I guess there ARE coaches dumb enough to call that play.   I was premature in blaming Dak for running on his own!

Not a ridiculous call.  He ran too far downfield.  Farther for the OL to catch up.  AND farther for the refs to catch up.  10 yards would have worked.

Offseason over Super Bowl. They can enjoy that.

Is it just me or do women make up like 70% of their fanbase?

Seems like whenever the Turds make a big play or score a TD you can hear an overwhelming shrieking noise 😄😄

Their fanbase is made up of 100% women if you ask me. 😂

Imagine the reaction if Eagles fans did this

No, that noise is from the males...

I can watch that Hurts int before halftime for the entire offseason. Hopefully the humpers can too

Don;t buy it, when did they actually have time to have a conversation about it lol.

Hmm lets use our santa clause time freezing machine so we can have a pow wow about this play call for this situation.

Pure cover up excuse

Meh.  I call BS.  You don’t call that Trent Williams penalty in that spot.  They review and then re-spot just shy of the 1st?   Pretty bizarre.  I know something similar benefited the Eagles a few weeks ago.  Still bizarre.

You have to be set for one sec before the snap and Williams was still moving. About as clear as you can get.

They were throwing it at the refs. Still bad. But, that post is inaccurate based on what I'm seeing.

Agree to disagree.  Not even remotely worth the chance of not having enough time (happened), illegal procedure, etc. all for one play from the 30 versus two from the 40.

You have to set when two or more players are in motion.  He never set.

They review spots for first downs and they had a camera right on the line to gain, so they could actually move the ball.      Nothing nefarious.

Doesn't matter who they were throwing it at... we won't hear a peep about it nationally.

Yeah but there’s is much much worse after all year talking to me saying they were gonna win it.

Exactly. Since when do they move it back two inches which happens to make the difference between a 4th and 1st? For spots, they usually never review it unless there is a more substantial difference or if it is really obvious. That wasn't an obvious spot error.

Some didn't.  Stallworth was gone from the Eagles when he had his legal issue.   I don't know anyone that was a fan of him after his DUI.

Vick is a different issue for me.  Vick paid his debt to society, he condemned his past actions and I believe truly repented of that lifestyle and changed everything about who he was.  Has Watson made any hint of any change of behavior?  Any regret?   Nothing I've read or heard.  Maybe I missed it.

I never thought I would come to this same conclusion, but his actions quickly changed my mind.  That man is a true reformation/rehabilitation story...so much that he was able to get a judge to overturn his lifetime pet ownership ban.  I respect the ever living hell out of how much he did to try to atone.

The 49ers called a timeout right before that play call.
