I don't have a problem with them calling the penalty.  Just get it on the player who initiated the contactr.  In this case it was Sermon.

Yup.

You shouldn’t be penalizing a tackler because the ball carrier lowers his head. It’s absurd. You almost incentivize the offense to lead with their head.
