So basically we have lost Brooks and Mailata and now Suemalo and Dickerson are hurt. Lol we are 3 games into the season and the OLine is already in shambles.

Man Parsons would look good in green

Yup. I didn’t want to defend that pick, have said many times that I’ll be open minded about it but would of preferred Moehrig, JOK, and Asante jr.

Please elaborate.

Were the announcers missing the point as well?

Continually asking a bad QB (who is struggling even by his standards) to throw every play against a bad and undersized DL was an abomination.

Whoever could have saw that coming? What a horrible reach when there were players at positions of need sitting there.  I know OG has become a need but my goodness.

This is going to spiral out of control.

Samuel JR had a nice pick yesterday too ☹️

Not quite as bad as McLane makes it sound, but definitely not good

Not for nothing but the f'n guy shouldn't have even been out there. I said this last week. No training camp, barely any practice and they throw him out there. Not surprising in the least

What point am I missing?  We have a QB that can't operate an NFL offense.  You can't judge play calling if he can't make routine throws that aren't gimme screens.

So why ask him to throw every play?

Hs anyone been able to answer that question?

Nick has beat the dead horse of players and scheming to their strength

I can't wait to hear his answers in this PC

Injuries have been a massive concern and continue year after year. I get it’s part of the game but at some point Lurie needs to do a very in depth dive into what’s responsible here, because this isn’t normal for a team to go thru 5 years straight.

Are we going to rebuild the rebuild?  Who on this team are we really excited about?  Mailata?

There wasn't one player outside of the Eagles punter who I would rather have over their counterpart on the other side of the field today.  Josh Sweat is a great story but the Eagles have absolutely nothing in pipelines on defense.  Hargrave is playing great but he's going on 28.  By the time this team is ready, he's gone.  They have nothing.  Milton Williams might be OK, but he's not flashing like expected.

On offense...it starts with Hurts and I asked the question this week, if you take away his running, what makes Hurts a good quarterback?  Tonight showed us that he isn't.  Even the biggest Hurts fan can't tell me he looks like a professional quarterback.  Landon Dickerson....Nate Herbig looked better than you as a fat slob UDFA last year.  DeVonta Smith, I'm giving a small pass due to the crap we have at quarterback but I've seen him drop more passes than he did in college and he really hasn't done much else that's impressive.

This team has no talent.  Lots of guys on here ragged on me during the off-season when I talked about how well Dallas drafts and the serious amount of young talent they have across the board.  I was told Dallas sucks.  Dallas just hung 41 points on the Eagles.

Nah.  There’s a good amount of younger talent you didn’t mention.  I’m still excited about our WR’s, Quez, Smith and Reagor.  Goedert has a ton of potential, etc Dillard looked decent tonight.   If Mailata moves over to RT we could have our T positions solidified for a decade.  If Sanders gets more than 2 carries a game, he’d show up.    D Line is stout. LB’s need to be upgraded and we need depth at DB/S.  QB is obviously still a question mark but we will have a plethora of draft picks (likely high ones after this season)…so the holes can be fixed going into next season.

I agree, the run/pass mix was curious.  Not sure how much Hurts was checking in/out of the run.

But again, it doesn't absolve Hurts from missing the plays that were there to be made.

What was worse the Philly special or beat Dallas shirt?

Doug Pederson was atrocious last season.  I don’t care what he did in years past.  Every single decision he made was worse than the next from play calling down to personnel.  He had no clue how to keep up and it was very obvious.

While this is true, he was still a better coach than Sirianni.

Yes

I’m still excited about Devonta Smith.  I actually feel bad for him up to this point because there is clearly no chemistry, timing, or ability from the QB to understand where his receivers will be.  It has honestly regressed in my opinion.

Smith made his first bad play tonight when he fell down on his 4 yard out, but it was a dumber decision for Hurts to even look in his direction with Diggs foaming at the mouth.

That is not walking gingerly.

That is a big guy sauntering to the locker room.

I’m at a loss for words.  He needs to be asked why 100 times during the presser.

Yeah I didn't see it either. He's just walking slowly.

Seumalo has been injured a lot the past few years. Same with Brooks. And then they went and drafted the most injury prone OL prospect in the draft. No surprises here.

Mailata was a freak thing. No major injuries outside the obvious guys.

Siriani I fear is a fraud, hope not but Jeeze

It doesn’t absolve him, but people seem to want to gloss over a poor game plan because there were some open players.

Sirianni says it’s about the players first when scheming the game plan. Total BS tonight.
