Love the picture of Jalen too.  Looks like he's trying to drop a deuce.

I think for the good of the team and what's best for the future they need to sit Dickerson.  If that means playing Opeta, Toth or Driscoll at RG so be it.  He just isn't healthy yet.

Dickerson tore his ACL on December 19.  Dickerson is 6-6 330 lbs. had already torn his ACL once prior to go along with 2 season ending ankle injuries.

McLeod tore his ACL on December 13.  McLeod is 5-10 195 lbs. and had torn an MCL in 2018.

The fact that McLeod has sat out the first 3 games whereas Dickerson played in 2 already tells me that they have mismanaged Dickerson's workload.  They tore their ACL's within 6 days of each other yet one guy is getting 28 extra days before playing in a game.  That doesn't make sense to me.

Yup, I'm not sure why the rush to put Dickerson in, I would have gone with Herbig and Let Dickerson get right, there's zero reason to rush him into playing and Herbig proved last year he was at least capable.

With seumalo out I guess we'll see them both now.🤷‍♂️

As much as I have no interest in watching another game with Hurts at the helm you have to let this ride out for another little while, right?

Yes.  Give him enough game tape to firmly establish the reality and not allow it to be a knee jerk reaction.   All players have bad games, and he should be given an opportunity to bounce back from it.  But, I think this is just who he is, and teams are going to challenge him to throw deep on them.  Lots of loaded boxes and tight coverages on the outside to come.   That first INT throw was just pathetic.  He had one place to put that ball, out in front of the WR and to the outside, where only Reagor has a chance, instead he throws a short lob and the DB was the only one with a chance on it.  That wasn't timing or arm strength deficiency.  That was just a really really bad ball.

I didn't think he'd get fired last year.
I think it may happen this year.

If Devonta disappoints and Sirianni sucks, it could if the Eagles have a horrible year.

We'll see, if not I'm not sure who fills in

No way I play Dillard ar RT. He was absolutely abysmal there in his rookie season. Let him play LT. I did not hear his name called yesterday even whey they had Parsons on him.

Hurts has two good halfs in his first 7 starts.

He had an entire good game against Atlanta.  There's no reason to use hyperbole when evaluating his play.

I get it but at the same time, there was no reason to rush Dickerson back.  They told us all along we might not see him for a while and then bam, week 2.  He doesn't look healthy to me.

I don't know but I'd hope they wouldn't put him out there if he wasn't ready to go health wise.

There is not a GM in the league that would trade any of the four for Hurts.

Not the point, but sure...

Which is why fantasy football and aggregate stats are worthless.

Correct.👍

I think not enough is being made about Hurts on the sidelines with Smith after the pick 6. Even if Smith didn't fall Diggs is jumping that route and getting an easy pick but he's blaming Smith and rolling his eyes at him? I've been told for over a year about great leadership, and that aint it.

We're on to Kansas City.......😔

@LeanMeanGM

Eagles 16

KC 45

Bonus - we run the ball  at least 2x as much as the Dallas game ( so 6 actual runs) lol

So you think the Philly fans would prefer that Ben Simmons quit and not work on his game because of the chaos, over him being a reason why they win the championship?

No, I just think they enjoy the chaos.

Dallas stacked the LOS and dared him to throw the ball down the field.

I don't think they were playing that much press coverage.  I also think they often only had 7 in the box.

Yup Dillard was ok. Didn't make any glaring mistakes didn't get beat for any sacks that I can recall, he wasn't out there dominating but he wasn't getting abused either.

At best he maybe increased his trade value a bit though at this point I don't think the eagles are thinking about trading Him especially with lane always hobbling around.

I didn't see this live but read about it.  Not a good thing at all.

Howie hasn’t has a good offseason since 2017. Biggest reason why Dallas looks superior. They actually draft well and their young players have an impact every year.

It’s unreal this dude is still GM. Just unfathomable.

can’t wait to see him trade all the first for Rattler and then Rattler sucks worse than Hurta

They draft OK and admittedly better than we do.  2017 and 2019 weren't very good for them.

However, everything they do gets an extra coat of luster on it.

I'm not as down on Sirianni as are most. I am willing to give him some time.

For the first time in years, I saw wide receivers running free in the secondary.  I think the passing scheme could work - there is, however, a second part to successful execution.

Yup.  Hard to judge the HC and OC when the QB was so dreadful.  That first drive looked really good... until Hurts crapped the bed on that INT.  I wish I had the all-22 to see how tight the coverages were.  But, I saw a guy running out of the pocket a lot and looking at the defender chasing him much more than looking to push the ball down field.  A scrambling QB has to keep his eyes downfield and make the defense uncertain about continuing to defend the pass or come up for the run.  He makes it an easy choice... one throw to Greg Ward in complete garbage time notwithstanding.

I gaurantee there were open wr's that Hurts didn't see or already decided to bail....

I say keep him. With Lane, Kelce and Brooks nearing the of the careers we def need some players on the Oline.

This is worrisome to me.  Seumalo doesn't come off as the kind of guy who is going to attack his rehab and recover quickly.  He'll be going on 29 next October, the last year on his contract.  This is his biggest challenge yet.

Why would you say that?

For some, everything Dallas does from drafting, FA signing, etc is great and so much better than how the Eagles do it.

Yet it's been, what, 25 years and counting now since they won anything?

If Mailata played the identical game Dillard just did, everyone would be talking about how wonderfully he is progressing.

It's Sirianni that's having the impact...  on the entire offense...

I'd love to see the All-22 to see what the routes looked like down the field... were they there to be had and Hurts just didn't see them or couldn't get them there, or was it a complete disaster?
