Yeah, it does... if he was really slick, and wanted a competitive advantage, he should just have named some guys, but started the others... the one thing we didn't need was multiple injuries along the O-line...  Hurts has been having enough trouble without that on top of it...

Yup, he's officially on the roster. They can put him back to the PS but would have to cut him and put him through waivers. 

And the three week thing is for signing someone from someone else's PS. So Jack Anderson has that. But I think it's just three weeks pay, I don't think he has to actually be on the roster.

Got it, thanks.  And the window for Driscoll to return is now open.  Once he's back on the roster, I'd assume the guy the signed from the Bills is gone.

Not necessarily.  Someone else will likely go to IR by then.  It seems it's a matter of 'when' not 'if'.  I don't think Seumalo has officially been IR'd, yet.  That frees up another spot.  They went into the game with only 52 on the roster, I think.

We still have two open roster spots, presumably for Driscoll and Scott.

What will actually happen is Hurts lining up at LT, Smith at C, and Mailata at FB with Johnson at QB.  We are going jumbo package folks.  The OG positional dance is just to throw them off the scent of the real bamboozle he's got up his sleeve.
