This!!  It’s not the linemen’s fault for being downfield on an RPO, the QB has to make a quick decision, he doesn’t.  It why you don’t see other teams getting that penalty during an RPO.

Refs will aggressively call that when you move forward into the back of QB knees, especially when you do it against the face of the nfl.
