Concerning from Hurts. The book on him is that he doesn't process information quickly/accurately. Seeing him intentionally throw the ball out of bounds on 4th down is... very concerning. It's like he's just not mentally capable playing the position. 

Hurts will never wow you with the Jackson/Mahomes/Rodgers/Wilson stuff.  It's not his bag.  The real question is what you can do with him to get games won?  The penalties are killing the teams momentum too much and the coaching staff just can't let it go any longer.  There needs to be a George Hegamin moment to set the tone

Expectations for any defense against KC should be very low, but they’ve got to do better than that.

Some of you sound angry/disappointed as if we were supposed to win coming into this game. I’m surprised it was this close.

I think the real question is what’s the point? Whatever it is he can do won’t be more than a 9-8 season and no playoff wins.
