If 'pushed' OOB, I think they could call a illegal contact foul.  If he runs out of bounds, there's no penalty.   Either way, they can't be the first to touch the ball, reestablished or not.    I think Davis got confused with the college rules.

Team stinks just like most thought even back in January. Irrelevant nonsense got some people optimistic, like "camp practices" and stupid hype videos. But this looks like a team that'll start 1-6 and honestly, the division is already wrapped up. Dallas is way better and has a 2 game lead already.

It'll continue to be like this until Howie is fired or they get an elite QB somehow. Barring that, expect this for years to come. This org. is in a bad way right now.

Long term, I think it's AN Other QB. Hurts is kinda ok, produces stats that look ok from afar, I just don't see him being a top level QB as I've seen noting to he can go up the gears.  At the moment, he plays in 2nd gear all day long.
