I got thinking about it too. His entire 9 month tenure with the Jags has been filled with nothing but controversy at almost every point of the off-season and now. I won’t be surprised if he’s fired within next 3 weeks. 

I think he even has his wife convinced he does nothing wrong. She is in full defense mode and now deleted her Twitter . 

I'm a Gators fan ( kind of lol) the amount of players that were arrested and in trouble under his watch is staggering. It came out that he threatens to take away scholarships if players don't do what he wants and what not. He is just like I said a piece of sheet.

He was the utes coach and successful there as well and while in Utah I didn't know much about him but every body knew Utah was a pit stop on the way to a bigger school so I don't think they got invested or attached

I don't remember much controversy while he was in Utah but I always thought he was a snake.

I mean you are a 24 yr old shaking your ass on the owner of the restaurants deek knowing he is married. Most places fire you for messing around with your superiors. Who would want to work with that girl knowing she messes around with the owner? 

Open or not you shouldn't be sticking your thumb up the ass of a 24 old girl that works for your place of business. Makes him look even worse as a business man and the leader of young men he's 57 yrs old for F sakes. 

He also lied to his team as to why he wasn't traveling with them.

Which is why teams fail in drafting QBs and building a team. Id rather draft a 3rd to 5th round QB every year until the QB is a high percentage talent which none of these QBs this year are. Esp when these QBs now want an outrageous contact after their first 4 years. Id draft a QB every year in the mid rounds to always have one in the pipeline.

The hourly salary employees lose out for sure. Those paid on yearly salaries don't. It legitimately sucks for them, but it's such a small % that it barely registers to a sporting team. NFL teams host 10 game a year (8 regular, 2 pre-season). Let's not act that these are full-time jobs for most employees 

I'm more worried about those hourly employees and those working on tips.  It matters to them.  Its not their full-time, but it is likely a counted on part-time, and from what I've been told by those in those industries, working on those days can make a HUGE difference in their income for the month.

I won’t argue with any of that, that all is also true. It’s my personal opinion that her dancing on him shouldn’t affect either of their careers or reputations, but I know that opinion won’t be shared by others especially those who are decision makers at her company & for the Jaguars. 
 

The made up story he gave in press conference trying to squirm his way out of the negative spotlight was so bad. You’re gonna tell me you went out with your grandkids to restaurant you own, which likely means your wife and kids were there too, and ended up having this young woman dance on you in front of them & nobody stopped you? Messed up dude and just bad points for a bad story, especially for dragging your grandkids into it. Then to find out that’s not even what happened…oof. I honestly think had he just flown back with the team, and went back to Columbus during the bye week then say this video comes out, he probably wouldn’t get this much heat

Fair enough, it's just inappropriate all the way around. Maybe some of it is overblown but, things like that are easily avoidable.
