Yeah at this point, I have to believe this style of Offense and Defense is what Lurie and Howie want, since they hire coaches who pass, pass, pass, and they want a RUNNING QB.... along with a bend and break defense. 

I mean this has been the MO of this team since Reid left.

He is a part of the problem, Hurts is a large issue as well. He limits what you can do on offense.

Maybe we should hire some of Iowa's coaches to train our players how to be fundamentally sound?  Boring yet effective would be a welcomed change from sloppy and undisciplined.
