Yep, Mailata got smoked twice in a row.  He doesn't seem to have problems vs bigger DEs, but a guy like Reddick who is quick and has a low center of gravity can give him issues and can bend under his big long frame.

Nah.  Not buying that.  Stoutland has the type of gravitas that they would listen to him.  Mailata is playing RT because Dillard at LT and Driscoll at RG is a better OL than Herbig at RG and Driscoll at RT.  

This thread has made my day so much better. I would be miserable simply watching this game.

They just pointed out that the other 4 OL players didn't move on the snap.  The 2nd down he got dusted by Reddick, 3rd down seemed like a miscue.
