Not Mailata's best game. He gave up 2 sacks and had a penalty.

To clarify... he got beat by Reddick on one play.   There was a snap count snafu on the very next play and the QB failed to release the ball on time for an illegal man downfield penalty.   Only one of those goes against Mailata.

Are Bucs still injured in the defense?

Yep

Thought I saw someone say Driscoll was in at RT, was that because Mailata switched back or what? Or did Driscoll not even play RT today?

No.  That was an unbalanced line and Driscoll was the RG.

I was going to name names but the guys I noticed were Flacco, Boston Scott and I think Herbig...not guys who were out there grinding for 60 minutes.

Flacco probably thought he was going into the game. Also, name three guys who probably fell asleep during the game 😉

Only issue is that he didn't sign him for 5 years instead of 3.  He is will be a free agent after next season in the total prime of his career if he keeps this up and will be demanding an all time NFL contract.  He's a monster.

He’ll be 30 entering free agency, I’m glad it was just a 3 year

Stings, if we would have lost another game that year, we get him... Hopefully this W today doesn't cost us something like that again

People need to stop pining for Lamb.  Jefferson was the best WR from that draft and this team chose not to take him.   The win didn't cost them anything, their poor scouting and personnel department are to blame for the Reagor pick over a quality NFL WR.

That's why if the Eagles are in a position to be sellers at the deadline, he might be one of the players that make the most sense.  Someone might pay a pretty penny for him.  Please, no one take this as I want to trade the Eagles best player.  I'm not saying that.  Big picture thinking.

Needs to be a 1 and 3 or something to that extent.

Browns beating the Chargers.

Eh not sure. He’s 28, turns 29 in February, only one year left on contract. Not sure that would net a first & 3rd

I'm just saying, Lamb was a consensus top 3 WR that year. That additional win really hurt. Jefferson was the obvious pick for 21 as well but I do think we take Lamb if we were selecting where the Boys were or if he did make it to 21. Of course Howie can F up any wet dream hence Reagor

Giants look better against Dallas than the Eagles did.  Not saying it means much... but we shouldn't be laughing at them.

Justin Jefferson is the new Earl Thomas for us huh

I think it's more Dallas playing really sloppy

If Hargrave continues to have this monster season and not only win DPOTY but also win it in the era that Aaron Donald is just collecting them, then does he already leapfrog Cox in the hierarchy of all time great Eagles DTs?

They are literally running into one another

Lamb was... but the issue isn't that we didn't get Lamb.  The issue is that we did get Reagor.  The problem wasn't winning an extra game.  The problem was still the scouting department.

And Kadarius Toney is doing more in this game for the Giants than I've seen Reagor ever do in a game.  Granted, the Giants should have gone OL... but Toney has talent.

Brady going to be very motivated to embarrass us Thursday.

I thought he had a hold. I had a look at the play-by-play but I don't see it there. Maybe i am misremembering.

For some, perhaps.  But, that year, Brandon Graham was a guy I really wanted and am glad we ended up with him.   Meanwhile, Jefferson is the guy I was beating the drum for that draft.  And Howie crapped the bed.

The interesting part is the Eagles probably prefer 2023 draft picks and other teams will be more eager to part with them.

This is just an observation from watching Post-Game Live but when they were showing the players walking in, some of the players look down right miserable.

Absolutely pathetic of NBC to layoff Derrick Gunn.  His interviews of guys walking into the locker room or just outside of the locker room afterward who weren't getting press room questions were some of the best parts of Eagles Post Game Live.  They gotta bring Gunn back and they have to bring Vaughn Hebron back.

You are right.   There was also a hold, when Hurts left the pocket and he didn't disengage fast enough.

Uh, this can't be good.

Parsons is an animal, and Cox just killed Jones, two rookies two goal line stops.

I loved Vaughn Hebron on PGL and yes, to lay off DGunn, just a shame.
