Lol, Siri's plan was to win a shootout, hence the play-calling of pass every play

With a QB who's biggest issue is his arm and biggest strength is running with the ball

What now....

Did Kerrigan even play tonight? Not on the stat sheet. Is he a waste of a roster spot at this point and who do we have on the PS to replace him?

Yep - doesn't do much out there

Which we suspected. The problem is there isn't a lot of young talent on this team to look to the future with. There's a long old rebuild ahead and I'm not sure when we will be a good team again.

Yep. Roster is full of holes. Never made sense to me some of the older vet signings Howie has done to complement this team - its not ready to compete by a long shot. Its hard to find a position group you feel good about - talent needed everywhere

Big question mark at QB at best

Some potential young talent at the skill positions but no one you can can be 100% about as a star in the making

Ageing O-line which is injury prone but some potential younger pieces there too

Deep D-line. Best players are ageing now but some younger pieces as well but none of them appears to be a star

LBs are horses*** once again

One decent but aging CB. Meh after that

S is horses*** again

Because Howie, and Lurie, won't strip it all down and rebuild. They retool which leads to him signing these older vets in the hope that they can compete whilst rebuilding. I think we all disagreed with that approach and all wanted them to tear it down.

There is absolutely a big question mark at QB but next year isn't the year to draft one I don't think.

Nick Sirianni can now wear his Tom Petty "Freefallin” tshirt.

They will beat K.C

There certainly isn’t anyone I get very excited about. QB class looks somewhat weak at this early stage as number of the top QBs have struggled. But next year is also when we have all our picks - might be wise to flip some of them into year after and look for Bryce Young, Grayson McCall, others who will emerge.

I loved Trey Lance this year when we were sitting at 6 but he climbed too high.

Mahomes might put up 60 on us

Well... This team is not good as we all thought. The next few weeks are going to be long!

I did. Still not convinced we can’t be good this year.

You’re one of the stubborn ones. You think Howie are Hurts are great too. I think you’re in for a world of disappointment.

News flash big slim, this team sucks

Week 1 was like the stupid kid raising his hand for 2+2 so the teacher leaves him alone the rest of class

I think he meant to put a comma after this team is not good

Yeah I'd agree. I mean I really wanted us to wait a year for Watson. Now the off field stuff aside (and yes that's really bad) I do think we should have. Wentz hasn't been the QB we hoped and is now gone and on the field Watson has been really really good.

FYP.

No QB gives the team no chance to win....and we have no QB.

It's been clear to many for a long time around here.  It was a mistake to turn this team over to a passing RB.

That may be true but they couldn't go forth with their previous QB either. They should have moved for a QB in this years draft.

100% correct.  Howie cost us a franchise QB in Wentz and then cost us a potential one in the draft...so he could stoke his ego with his Russell WIlson fantasy.

I don't think he cost us a franchise QB in Wentz. Wentz isn't a franchise QB because he doesn't have the right attitude and he doesn't learn from his mistakes. And if he was a franchise QB then drafting Hurts wouldn't have affected him.

I'm not going down that road.  It's all fan fiction.  Howie's handling of Wentz was abysmal.

It isn't fan fiction. The guy doesn't have it above the shoulders.

Wentz? Lmao last night looked like Wentz every game last year. At least Squirts is cheap and not 150 million and we can easily move on. Wentz would be in a fing body bag today after last night. Dude is 0-3 on a 5 loss team.
