The refs are just atrocious. Stevie Wonder could see that he was way, way out of bounds there. 

Wasn’t even close. Shouldn’t have had to challenge that.

Clearly the sideline ref never saw his feet. Only in Dallas do they call that a Catch.

How did the refs miss that call?
