Now that we have reintroduced the Department of War, everyone around the globe including our newest allies in Russia, China and North Korea will respect our strong commitment to a two week red line on all threats. They know that two weeks can automatically turn into 4 weeks or maybe even 6 to 10 months. Deadlines or red lines are overrated anyways.

It’s a different circumstance domestically. The real threat comes from within, so those deadlines are kept. Sending US troops agains Democrats, Independents, RINOs or anyone else who disagrees with this authoritarian regime is way more legitimate. You can kill two birds with one stone.. suppress your own people and make your best friends in Russia, China and North Korea happy.
