All of them have autocratic leaders who are supposedly super pals of the orange leader in chief. It’s definitely the down side of the EU, as they really have no leverage to make these three fall in line. Another reason is that all three are as much pro Russia as the Cardinal in the WH, Donaldimir Trumperov.Incorrect. France is buying Russian LNG, and is selling that to other EU members.

France actually imports the most out of all European countries. Thing is, Europe is still too dependent on Russian gas / oil. They have put in like 18 packages of sanctions, but still not enough. I agree, they need to do more and faster. It still doesn’t give Trump a pass on his love for Putin. He has never followed through on any of his supposed threats and has enabled the Russians to get bolder and bolder with their attempts to goat NATO into a war.

Their dependency was a huge mistake and they’re still "paying” for it. It’s easy for us to say as we are resource independent. Constantly pressuring your allies to the highest degree and not putting any pressure on your enemy, Russia, just makes no sense. Why not follow through and lead for once? We all know what US pressure could do in changing the dynamic of the war. He always claims that we are the strongest, smartest and best country in the world, so why not act like it against Russia, China and North Korea?!

Let's see if Trump can get Orban to stop.Trump has no leverage against Hungary. He wouldn't be able to get Orban to agree to anything (unless maybe Trump has the US taxpayers foot the bill for a new soccer stadium near his house)

September 23Sep 23 kind of amazing that it only took him 3 years to come to the same conclusion we all did in five minutes.credit for coming to that conclusion, but I maintain my right to laugh if/when he changes his mind.

September 24Sep 24 So basically this guy comes out of every meeting believing everything. At this moment he's right on Ukraine, but one phone call from Vlad and he'll be back on the Russian side. It's ridiculous. You idiots voted for this.
September 24Sep 24 I swear i don't understand why anybody thinks this is newsworthy. He ain't gonna do crap, just like he ain't done for months now.

Did Germany send a 6th helmet to Ukraine or something?Nah, they sent 5000 shovels to go with the helmets they also sent. 🤦🏻🤷♂️Look, Germany as well as Japan have a lot of pacifists in their population and government. It’s made them "soft” and hesitant on anything war related. Part of it is pressure from the outside, but also internally. They’ve also hidden behind the narrative of "we would do more, but we can’t because of WWII”. It’s time to move on from that narrative at this stage IMO.
