They agreed to a 2nd round of negotiations.

Depends on how many drone strikes Ukraine can muster...

Seriously doubt they have enough to take out a 17-mile long column. They can probably delay this a bit and buy themselves some time to dig in, but eventually the sheer number of forces being thrown at them will be overwhelming.

I feel like Russia is stalling. Will continue to try and hold the gun to Ukraine's head and hope for better military pressure in the coming days to exact more demands.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been asked by the Ukraine to help mediate.  Crazy times.

Even with them it’s not that easy to shoot down an aircraft with one.

Plus once you pop one off you leave a giant smoke trail that points to where the enemy will unload a bunch of guns at.

China State Banks Restrict Financing for Russian Commodities

  • ICBC stops issuing letters of credit after Ukraine invasion
  • China’s top banks have complied with previous U.S. sanctions

At least two of China’s largest state-owned banks are restricting financing for purchases of Russian commodities, underscoring the limits of Beijing’s pledge to maintain economic ties with one of its most important strategic partners in the face of sanctions by the U.S. and its allies.

Industrial & Commercial Bank of China Ltd.’s offshore units stopped issuing U.S. dollar-denominated letters of credit for purchases of physical Russian commodities ready for export, two people familiar with the matter said. Yuan-denominated letters of credit are still available for some clients, subject to approvals from senior executives, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.

The move followed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which triggered a wave of sanctions from countries including the U.S., the U.K. and Japan and stoked speculation that more may follow. Because commodity-linked letters of credit are issued so frequently, they would be among the first transactions impacted by the threat of sanctions.

Yeah, but enough of them should be sitting ducks to scare the crap out of those poor 16-year-old kids he's throwing into this mess. 17 miles is like Center City to the Plymouth Meeting Mall.

Air raid sirens over Kyiv.

Yes, @Dave Moss I'm watching the live feeds.

Quick question before you disappear from this thread for a few days:

Why do you hate America?

One thing we all need to come together on as a society is that everyone is our enemy.  Biden, trump, Putin, all of them.  There are governors and there is us.

It’s up to us to find a way to become United and not split from left tot right.  Then we have all the power
