He said the no fly zone would be considered active combat. Now the Sanctions are a declaration of war. Many believe Putin is trying to open the door to cyber attack us.

Maybe, but I wouldn't be so sure, given how the leadup to this invasion unfolded. If anything, this could be seen as more evidence of his instability. He's always played his hand close to the vest. You can never be sure with him, which is exactly what he wants.

He has never had to manage sanctions this extreme and wide-reaching, and he just invaded Ukraine after insisting that he wouldn't, and even now, still refuses to call it such. The fact that he's even lashing out in this manner at the sanctions and comparing them to an act of war shows just how much the pressure is getting to him.

For a guy who is admittedly wrong more often than not, you project a lot of confidence in areas that you have little to no expertise in. Politics, science, international relations, shopping at Wal-Mart: Joey Sunshine never fails to fail!

Please name the NATO  country he has attacked

That's irrelevant; he's playing chicken and daring the West to make the first move so that he can portray conflict with them as justified in order to supercharge his propaganda machine. His posturing is designed to test the resolve of NATO and calculate the limits of their defensive resolve through incremental aggression. This is a scheme that doesn't play out over weeks, months, or even years; it plays out over decades, with Putin testing the structural integrity of a variety of institutions, beginning with those in his own country. He's just now transferring his methods of internal disruption to the external realm. It began in the late 2000s with his meddling in Russia's electoral infrastructure and, ultimately, undermining and manipulating its Constitutional safeguards in order to wreck Russian democracy from within. With his power in Russia cemented as supreme and absolute, he's now moved on to regional power structures by creating satellites and, when that fails through backchannels, using military superiority to alter the geopolitical conditions in his favor. From here, he will look to undermine the internal and regional sources of liberal democracy in Eastern Europe through subversive tactics (disinformation, espionage, projection of economic power) and shift the locus of authoritarianism to extend its influence into the borderlands and further decay the institutional and psychological basis of Western dominance.

Why would trump allow this?

Right? Expecting Biden to make up for 4 years of incompetence in a single year seems unfair, no matter how great he is.
