People are confusing headlines that are referring to the mobilized forces with their entire military capacity. That doesn't change the fact that they've fallen on their face hard with what they have deployed so far.

As I've always said, I hope anyone guilty of actual crimes is prosecuted and punished. The vast majority of people there were standing outside protesting. Anyone who actually breached doors, windows, assaulted anyone, etc. are dbags and deserve jail time.
