Poland and U.S. play hot potato with WWIII.

This would be hilarious if it wasn't so f'ing dangerous.

We lost to Afgan and even Iraq because we're soft as toilet paper and care about civilians/war crimes

If we went in to Afgan like Russia is doing to Ukraine it would take us 3 weeks to own that joint

We lost to Afghanistan because they have a legion of people willing to strap on a suicide vest to attack us.  They don’t care if they die so long as they take two of us down with them.   You can’t beat an enemy like that unless maybe you’re willing to do the same.  And even then, that just means we both die.  Now add to that nuclear weapons and its 10x worse

He's an idiot, as are you.  By the time the war comes to our shores, its already too late.  Get a clue.

The war isn’t coming to our door unless we do something stupid like directly engaging Russia.

I just paid $6.70 a gallon for 87 octane in century city.

That’s what we thought before Pearl Harbor too.  Just sayin

well I guess what I’m saying is I would like to see all our defenses on high alert.   From here until this conflict is resolved

No, FDR desperately wanted in that war. Besides, nukes weren’t invented yet.

What exactly would you like to see on high alert, Nukes are on alert, I mean if you think Russia is going to invade Alaska then honestly you are an idiot but I doubt you think that so not sure what you want

Nukes. Plus they haven’t deployed their entire military. But you’re right that they don’t want another fight anymore than we do.

That’s disappointing. We can stay out of it directly but FFS get them the equipment they need.

I don’t think he would ever invade us, Canada, Mexico, ect.  He has nukes if it ever comes to that that’s the only way he compete with us.

im not saying to make nuclear threats either. Not the nukes.  Those I would guess are always on high alert in a sense and no need to flaunt it

cyber attacks, our embassies, our military bases, our reserves, having all our military assets visibly ready and shuffling posture(s) just to keep Putin looking over his shoulder and questioning himself

I would only be concerned about Cyber attacks but the fear mongering about Russia turning off your electricity is bit overhyped but it fills time for the "news" channels

That's a pretty significant consolidation prize.

The Ukrainians need gear if they’re going to stand a chance of winning.

They may try Moldavia next. However, The Russians won't take Kyiv. They can surround it. But to control it, they have to engage in Ubran Combat. They will sustain heavy losses going house to house, building to building trying to take control. They don't have the man power for it, they don't have the belief in the mission to pull it off.

Remember Kandahar. Urban combat results in heavy losses. Something the Russian People are not prepared for.

Misread that as Ukraine getting them. Yeah, it's cowardly.

Perhaps they can convince ‘the people’ there aren’t many casualties via disinfo , and if the folks actually in the military beleive in it, they could take it

If they had this much trouble invading a neighbor, can you imagine the level of fail "invading" us? Can they even "reach"?
