Couple months ago now. Sometime in November or December.

I did have a few updates in threads here for quite a while. It was a process, and was denied a few times but they finally fulfilled their end of the bargain.

Ok, well I don't generally agree with this type of thing but of course I don't know anything about your situation and, in any case, good for you.

Video shows Ukraine ambushing Russian tank convoy featuring a thermobaric weapon, forcing a retreat

https://www.yahoo.com/news/video-shows-ukraine-ambushing-russian-120506606.html

  • Ukraine released drone footage of an ambush on a Russian armored convoy near Kyiv Thursday.

  • At least 21 Russian military vehicles, including a thermobaric weapon, were caught in the attack.

  • The ambush forced a humiliating retreat, according to a Sky News analysis of the footage.

Ukraine's Defense Intelligence Agency released a video on Thursday showing the destruction and retreat of a Russian column of tanks near Kyiv, in footage verified by several news agencies.

Ukraine claimed that the Russian regiment's commander, Colonel Andrei Zakharov, was killed in the operation, though this has not been independently confirmed...

The footage is overlaid with audio said to be of a Russian officer reporting the attack, The Guardian reported.

"Sixth regiment lost," the officer says, per The Guardian. "I cannot report about the 6th regiment. I'm collecting data. Lots of losses. They waited for us. Head of the convoy got into the ambush. Regiment commander killed in action."

Military experts speaking to the paper described the video as credible.

Mine was through the public service loan forgiveness program.

I had already paid off 2 other student loans. Got my big federal loans paid off through the program so all of my loans are done.

My wife has one which would have taken about 5 more years to pay off. But we will now have it paid off by August this year. So both of us will have no more college debt. Very exciting.

Putin seems to be tiring of Belarussian soldiers refusing to join the invasion of Ukraine.

Listening to Gary Kasparov now.  He says if you hold a sign on the street in Russia that says "No War" you can be thrown in jail for 3 years.  If you go out on social media to present any info about the war you can get 15 yrs.

That can’t be sustainable for a Russian generation that has become used to these freedoms across the world.

Oh well, it’s their baby.  But at least it’s painfully clear why Ukrainians want no part of that style of government.

Pretty weird that it's taken them this long to target the supply shipments. What should've been one of the first things they cut off in the initial few days is now only a priority more than 2 weeks later. Bizarre to say they least.

Edit: nvm, misread that. Thought it said he attacked Belarus territory, not launched an attack from Belarus territory

What the government should do is write a check to people who were able to pay them off.  $50K sounds about right

Any chance that Belarus teams up with Ukraine, ironically similar to what USSR did in WWII?

HE, you might literally have some of the dumbest opinions I've ever read. Not only should your student loans have been paid off but you should sue your school for wasting your time and money.

Imagine having massive college debt AND thinking Biden made Putin bomb a hospital.  We should sue whatever college ripped off HazeltonEagle

Doubt it, but if they do find out and confirm it was a false flag op, they'd presumably be less likely to allow Russian forces to stage in Belarus (again, surprised they aren't already allowing this on a much larger scale.)

in a dream state I imagined a scenario where Belarus double-crosses Putin and coordinates with Ukraine.

not gonna happen, but would certainly make for an ... interesting situation.

Suddenly many of his theories on Putin's involvement or knowledge of terrorist attacks (e.g. Boston Marathon) don't seem so far fetched anymore.

I am a subscriber, so yeah. Got about 75% through it before picking up my 10 year old. He does not have the same appreciation for Sam Harris as I do.
