Biden official just now said Russia already had troops in that area when asked about sanctions. That should tell you they are not going to do anything

I am not reading it that way. See below.

Here's the truly hysterical part -- the current situation is ideal for the US. Russia's military is engaged and has been seriously degraded to the point that they have to bring in foreign troops. We a

Ok. That’s not encouraging. They can’t play games with what constitutes a real invasion. That leads to another Crimea.

Exactly what is happening Putin knew he could get away with this much. He knows that an all out invasion would be a step too far though

 Props for googling it and correcting one of your lies after you’d originally posted it. Fact is that, regardless of what was built, it wasn’t a done deal until Biden blessed it. Who was that guy that was crowing about posters here not rushing to defend every indefensible thing that Pop Pop does? Oh yeah, you. Usually the 1st to rush in and defend every indefensible thing that Pop Pop does.

What in the hell are you talking about? I'm not even "defending" Biden, I'm stating facts.

Did you watch the video.

(It’s a simple YES or NO question)

Also, imagine being so brainwashed by CNN that your masters tell you to hate someone (Rogan) for asking experts, "What do you think?”

I watched about 1/3 of it and it was pretty much the exact same pointless rambling as everything else Russel Brand.  Only with power point.

What? This is literally what’s currently happening.

C’MON, MAN! INVADE! There are people here counting on me to make them war money!

Exactly, they’re taking two tiny pieces of it, and a region where the people there clearly prefer Russia

That's not how nations work.

Why else would you sanction them?  What are they doing wrong?

Seriously?

It is hard to argue that when we support regions (i.e. Kosovo) for self-determination, but when others do it it is wrong.

I invite you to read the Maine constitution, where I am from.  I don't know what yours says, but I am a huge fan of the pre-amble, then section 2 of the declaration of rights.

This is exactly how nations work

Section 2.  Power inherent in people.  All power is inherent in the people; all free governments are founded in their authority and instituted for their benefit; they have therefore an unalienable and indefeasible right to institute government, and to alter, reform, or totally change the same, when their safety and happiness require it.

Section 1.  Natural rights.  All people are born equally free and independent, and have certain natural, inherent and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.

Are you seriously quoting Maine's constitution as somehow relevant because you like it?

Donetsk is not in Maine.

If Maine tried to break away as a nation independent from the US, it wouldn't end well.

Hell if a single county within Maine wanted to "breakaway" from the state I'm thinking your favored sentiment is not going to mean a thing.

It's a nonsense post, with no point.

And you're using this as a reason to support the argument that the United States is the good guy?

We have a few strong contenders for 2022's "CVON worst takes" in this thread already

Shouldnt everyone expect to consent to the government in their area on some basic level?

Ok so as far as self-determinative governments go, we have:

For the purposes of slavery: bad.
To not have to pay taxes to payoff a war that benefited the people: good.

Where does being swayed by Russian political influence come into play with that?

Wait....what?
