Weed would have made the game more interesting and mellowed out the crowd up there more I guess, although the weed in the 70''s was mostly shwag before sinsi came along.

May 19, 20223 yr Never fought at the stadium but I've been in a street brawl outside of Garage Bar between Pats and Genos once. One guy kept on groping people at my table and being an a-hole. One of my friend snapped after a bit and punched him. The giant female bouncer tossed us all out (easily). In the street I got one of the guys in a headlock while one of the girls from my group punched me in the head repeatedly because I looked like part of their group (ie basic white dude, racial profiling is a MFer). The fight ended when a the other guys realized a homeless guy stole the hats and jackets that they tossed on the sidewalk pre-fight. After that most of us went to Pats and got overpriced mediocre cheesesteaks and brought them to Ray's Happy Birthday Bar, a bar whose schtick is 1) opening at 7 AM 2) allowing smoking and 3) occasionally giving out crappy ACME bought cupcakes if it's your birthday. Closed out the bar with Pat's steaks, Yuengling, and someone singing the absolute worst rendition of Boyz II Men karaoke I've ever heard. The most "Philadelphia" night of my life. Still remember it fondly.
