Here's the truly hysterical part -- the current situation is ideal for the US. Russia's military is engaged and has been seriously degraded to the point that they have to bring in foreign troops. We a

  • Yes, not only do I not rely on the western media, I came to Ukraine to see for myself that there are no NSDAPs or neo NSDAPs. Nor are there stacks of violence anywhere there isn't Russian troops. Nor

That one made it to Family Guy. With so much going on in the background, the seamlessness of the loop is incredible.

Aren't they the same?

Ukraine counterattacks slowly winning back Severodonetsk.

Russian offensive out of steam? Too early to tell.

More military aid up in smoke.

Seems as though Ukraine pulled back after gaining ground in Sievierodonetsk. They appear to be quite content to bottle up Russia in an urban warfare situation, which works to their advantage.

Between that and Zelenskyy's visit near Sievierodonetsk Ukraine must have confidence in their supply lines.

I've got a few days of leave. If anyone has any questions that I can ask I'll be happy to do so.

Since youve left, I had seen some stories talking about Russia making advances in whatever region. Have seen reports of Ukraine having about 100 a day killed and hundreds more wounded in those battles. And over the past 2-3 days, looking like Ukraine is taking that territory back.

Ukraine still seems to be winning, but after 100 days, still at a great cost of life. What has been your sense of the morale on the UK side? Do they have morale to keep this up for another 100 days or longer? Do they have the manpower to keep it up as well?

How are you doing?

As far as you are allowed to say, what do they have you doing there?

For the time being I'm working as an instructor. Basically teaching small unit tactics. I am not getting paid, did not get issued any gear, and do not get provided food/supplies. Basically I have had to buy my own stuff and continue to have to. Even before I got here, gear and travel expenses cost me $8k. Soap? Have to buy it. Food? Have to buy it. Showers? Have to buy it.

The morale on the UA side is still good.  There's definitely a willingness to learn on their side and they are always wanting more. I both won't and cant speak to overall manpower, but honestly I've found that once I got here I'm viewing less news on it. I basically get some info from higher-ups or the headlines, but I'm occupied with working.

I'm doing good. I'm pretty good at adjusting anyway.  Ukraine is basically like if W-B/ Scranton was a country. The people are very thankful. I think the moment it hit me was when I was taking multiple trains here from Poland in the middle of the night. Ukrainian refugees were coming back into Ukraine. Some little girl at the station yelled out Slava Ukraini at me and held her fist up. I'm in a rear area. Air raid sirens are a daily thing but you get used to it.  I've found that I often have to beg people to let me pay for coffee and taxis and et cetera because they will often not accept money from me. The country itself is very beautiful. It reminds me much of central PA.

Current plan is to keep doing what I'm doing (teach a man to fish), and then request the front when I'm needed or when my money runs out. I should be ok for a couple of months, I'll do a fundraising drive, and then go till that runs out and then off to the front.

How's the Severodonetsk "counter-offensive" working out? Much like the Kherson and Kharkov mythical advances, it's been shown to be yet another lie pumped out by the coke-head comedian.

By now, it should be obvious that 404 cannot win. Throwing bodies in front of a superior army for mere political grandstanding is really cowardly and disgusting. Thousands more dead while Russia becomes stronger and more unified both militarily and economically. The world is beginning to catch on.

The political blowback has already began. Europe is F'd.

Somebody's propaganda is wrong comrade. Time will tell whose.

But one thing I know: the West is going to be able to deliver supplies and weapons to Ukraine for far longer than Russia will.

Russia is f'd.
