Of course. Anyone that understands anything knows that the reality is hell and totally chaotic. It is also true that the level of lying propaganda is 10x worse in Russia then outside. Again, anyone with even a small amount of cognitive power understands this simple reality.

New world. Get used to it Ruskie.

Oh, and so I don’t forget, F off.

German coal plants firing up again.  Putin has bided his time and waited for this strategic advantage with his energy supplies before jumping into the Ukraine.  Now the west (and especially Europe) will pay a price with reduced prosperity and unemployment while we scramble to ramp up the fossil fuel based energy production.

The greens will now learn a hard lesson.  You need a reasonable and practical way forward.  You can't just throw in a "AOC green deal" type non solution and not have dire side effects.

This is from a U.S. mercenary on the ground. Whining about propaganda is silly.

While war is indeed hell, if you're fighting without adequate communication between units in a land war, you're F'd.

The Ukronazi's are reduced to shelling civilians and dying by the hundreds.

Western media is so corrupt. Much better to listen to the guy who thinks the Queen and Pope control American politics and claims to be a sovereign citizen, and the guy who recently was tricked into taking medical advice from "Dr Lysol"  on Twitter whose profile pic was famous pornstar Johnny Sins.

Yeah, I don't know if Abra needs more fiber in his diet because when you constantly throw poop against the wall, something, eventually is supposed to stick.

Take that, Putler! Want anymore sanctions, ****!?

Wrong, only being placed in reserve for the winter months if needed.  Meanwhile they are doing everything to get additional gas reserves in place before winter.  Regardless, sometimes you have to take a step back to move forward.

Nope. They’ve already decided to fire them up and that will start shortly. It takes some time to get it going of course. The main point is to be able to start to ween off the gas some of which will be saved for the winter. The coal fire up will happen. It isn’t just an "in case” measure.

The worst shelling of civilians during the eight years of conflict is now carried out with U.S. weapons.

U.S. weapons are really good at slaughtering civilians but not much else.

ah, you're right.  I was looking at an older article from May.  Regardless, not surprising, and honestly only a matter of time before they are shuttered again.  Things take a back seat during war time.

Not surprising.  I am guessing Biden holding out for a ceasing of hostilities just in time for a big reduction is gas prices and a massive bump in Market due to the end of the war.  I'd say August 1st.

Still, at least RUS will not have succeeded in removing Zelensky.

The 2 Americans captured are reportedly held by Russian-backed separatists in Donetsk.

Speaking at a meeting of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes, Siluanov promised that the decisions would be "balanced". The minister is announcing the reform of the tax system at a time when the Russian budget is suffering from a sharp drop in tax revenues. So far, the budget has been kept from a collapse in revenues by oil and gas revenues, which, against the backdrop of record prices, are kept at acceptable levels, but even against such a background, the Ministry of Finance expects to end the year with a deficit of 1.665 trillion rubles instead of a surplus of 1.327 trillion rubles.

At the same time, according to the forecasts of the Ministry of Finance, budget revenues will not be enough for four years in a row: in 2023, the deficit is expected at the level of 1.591 trillion rubles, in 2024 - 1.413 trillion, in 2025 - 1.358 trillion, in total - more than 6 trillion rubles. Moreover, the main budget expenditures, according to the minister, will be associated with overcoming the consequences of sanctions. For these purposes, 400 billion rubles will be allocated in 2022, and more than 2.5 trillion rubles in 2025.

Windows 10 and Windows 11 downloads blocked in Russia

People in Russia can no longer download Windows 10 and Windows 11 ISOs and installation tools from Microsoft, with no reason for the block provided by the company.

Russia's TASS news agency first reported this problem over the weekend, and the news quickly spread on Twitter.

We'll see.  It takes two to tango - although everybody is feeling the brunt of this and I imagine the Russians would like an exit strategy that helps them save face.

Most likely.  It's the same reason I still have my AOL CDs.  You never know when they take them offline.
