We've never seen the Russian military look so ineffective and ill-equipped. No one has.

The 650,000 man army in Ukraine was supposed to wear down the Russian army. Russia was supposed to run out of missile. Russia has supplied the artillery and missiles while Ukrainians from Donbas have done nearly all of the infantry battle using legacy Russian equipment.
