China has built up huge reserves of Foreign currency by way of the great and good of Western capitalism exporting all it's manufacturing to China, to deter China economically the Western world would have to torpedo their own economies, could the rest of the World beat Russia and China combined militarily?

Maybe but that's a hell of a front to range your forces over, and if the West ties itself up with China and Russia, you can be pretty sure there'll be some countries in the middle East that will take the chance to settle old scores with Israel.  Fighting offensively on two fronts is historically suicide, (in WW2 the Allies prioritised winning one then the other, Hitler tried to fight Russia and Europe simultaneously and lost)  fighting on three would be impossible so what do you prioritise?
