Russia has a policy of no first use of nukes.

NATO has said they will resort to nukes if outgunned.

Neither one is using Nukes

Here's the truly hysterical part -- the current situation is ideal for the US. Russia's military is engaged and has been seriously degraded to the point that they have to bring in foreign troops. We a

The question remains, how does China respond? I am not convinced Xi is ready to test the West yet. But if Putin gets cocky and decides to attack the Baltics, then NATO is bogged down defending them, does that give enough resolve to Xi to move against Taiwan? Putin has shown he will jump on the offensive several moves ahead. If this escalates,  I think 2 or 3 could go in either order.

I don't think the Russian/Chinese relationship is to the Axis Powers stage, but obviously that's impossible to know. If Putin decided to attack a NATO member...well, the NATO playbook for response isn't to engage in a ground war. It's to use nuclear weapons. If Putin does that, and we respond as we have said we would...not sure anything else matter anymore.

A train full of Ukrainians has made it into Poland. Young males were told to get off the train before it left Ukraine.

Yes. It started counter to Arab dictators and corruption.

Not sure a cyberattack is the way to go.  We don't want things going dark over there.   The international coverage is our best hope

NATO can't agree on sanctions but they are going let nukes fly ? OK

Completely Fed...

This situation may give Biden a heart attack.  Seriously, his stress has to be through the freaking roof!

Not saying he would go there. The warmongers are screaming for something.

What could Pop Pop have done? For starters, he could have made it clear that he would honor the commitment that he and 0bama made when they suckered Ukraine into giving up their nukes. The commitment that culminated in Putin signing a treaty guaranteeing that he wouldn’t invade.

I'm sure limiting coverage is going to be a high priority of Russia regardless. And unfortunately I think they're pretty good at it.

He should have been on top of this months and months ago, and if he really gave a flying F there were several ways to approach this, through NATO (since that is the lefts favorite thing ever) or directly assisting Ukraine to prepare for this.   Or hell, even start countermeasures BEFORE the invasion that he knew, and announced to the world, was inevitable

Instead he was just like the drunk guy shouting at people on their way to work.  He consciously decided to do nothing and AGAIN will be trying to salvage this thing after the fact.

EXACTLY like Afghanistan.  Its almost like a pattern where he is a day late and dollar short for every meaningful foreign policy endeavor.

What specifically does being "on top of this" entail? No need for vague cryptic language, unless of course, you're a backwoods toothless half-wit from West Virginia who's desperately trying to talk with the adults and feel smart.

Oh you wanted him to assist Ukraine? Like this? https://www.npr.org/2022/01/22/1075064514/ukraine-lethal-aid-us-russia

Or should he instead threaten to withhold aid unless Zelensky can dig up some dirt on Don Jr? Oh sorry that was the incompetent bumbling moron of a president you worshipped. My mistake.

Ok I get it.  Ive seen this movie about a billion times.

You have literally no ideas and no real valuable thought to bring to the discussion,  so instead you want me to lay out some hypothetical detailed plan so you can deflect the conversation to me.

Why dont we deal with reality.  Russia chose to invade Ukraine before and then after Trump. You explain why, if you can...

Makes sense but still depressing. Saw a video of a Ukrainian dad saying goodbye to his daughter earlier today.

Geez... Imagine what Russia might do with that?

Yeah, but even then Obama's fingerprints were all over it.   He just went by BARRY SOTEROS then!  Wake up dude!

Canada threw him in prison with no trial.

Not going after energy or aluminum

Not banning them from SWIFT

This isn't enough. Biden deserves criticism here.

No, I want you to form a coherent logical argument for once instead of yet again being a feeble minded moron who can barely zip up pants. It's not your fault the bottom ranking education system in WV failed you so miserably, but that doesn't mean you should race here to share your laughably idiotic posts with the misguided notion that anyone would actually take you seriously.
