People talk about how drones are the Future of Warfare^TM. They’re not. What drones are is a stopgap capability when you lack the initial capability in the first place. If you don’t have tubes and ammo, you use drones. But drones have their issues. One properly placed fire mission is worth more than fifty drone attacks. IMO, drones are a great asset for ISR and for FiST, but if I’m being honest, the Mark I eyeball is the greatest recon asset a military can have. Well trained NCOs and junior officers on a leaders recon can see a lot of things.

Another issue is that every time an aid package went through, the Biden team would be all "WE ARE GIVING UKRAINE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS of earmarked old equipment!
