The Russian people who support Putin are complicit. As for the Ukrainian people, they're the ones risking everything to keep their land, they just want weapons to fight with. Unlike you, they're not afraid to call the actual enemy the enemy and they sure as sheet wouldn't be making constant excuses for an evil dictator like you and your fellow "non-partisan" trumpbots always do.

See, you keep coming back to making this war in Eastern Europe some sort of US - Left vs Right political theme - at it isn't that.  You actually disrespect the people of Ukraine - who have done everything they can to defend themselves against a much bigger and stronger enemy - when you constantly compare it to our own internal political disputes.  Not everything is a Trump vs Left thing - especially if you're a citizen of Ukraine, fighting for you country.

Has anyone asked what the average Ukrainian citizen would like nowadays?  Do you think they want to keep fighting or do you think they may want an end to this war?  Do you think they care that half this country doesn't want a cease-fire because Trump is the one negotiating the deal?  It's shameful to even think that way, imo.

I've said it before and I will say it again - the de-escalation should have begun after Ukraine made its stand against Russia - showed the entire world how brave, tough and resilient they were in defending themselves 2+ years ago - at that point Russia understood that Ukraine wasn't;t going to "just roll over".  At that point - I can almost assure you that negotiations towards de-escalation could have begun with guarantees that Ukraine would not join NATO - at least that could have been a way to a cease fire.  And if the negotiations took years - so be it - it would be years under a cease fire vs war.

We don't all have our pulse on the average Ukrainian as well as you do. Tell us more how some additional US citizens living amongst them are sure to make them feel so safe this time around.

Bill was there. so if anyone knows how the Ukrainian people feel about this it's him.

It's telling that he thinks you guys are idiots

Obviously I never said that.  For someone who says he knows much more about this situation than everyone else - and constantly berates people with other opinions - and assumes those people are just "dumb" Trump followers - you sure like going back to the same exact post - that never meant what you're implying.

What is your solution to the war there?

Not everyone else, just you. That much was obvious the minute you came in here saying Russia wouldn't dare invade if enough US citizens and companies were there in Ukraine.

In Ukraine?  During the war?  Yeah I very much doubt that.

Edit: wait are these humans or horsey friends?

The United Kingdom isn't "giving up everything".  They made a stand and stopped Germany from taking over their country.   But eventually (should have been done 2 years ago, imo) once that was accomplished, the United Kingdom - along with the rest of the world should have moved towards de-escalation.

Whether anyone agrees with Hitler or not - there should have been constant and open dialogue with Hitler - on a daily basis - through ambassadors, leaders, etc - the last thing that should have been done was isolating Hitler so that he ends up believing everything he thought was true - that the United Kingdom was really trying to join the alliance (not true imo) and that somehow The West was trying to take over Germany (or German controlled territories) - whether through influence or other  - also not true, imo.

As far as the current agreement, if it led to a cease fire and brought Germany to the table in negotiations, it would have been better progress than anything that has been accomplished towards peace there over the past 3+ years, imo.

Honestly I don’t know where that idiotic brain dead take came from. Its like they’re trying to fit the slop of Trump’s efforts into some 4D chess pan.

Somehow Russia will never allow US military involvement because he’ll just go nuke, but then also somehow Russia will be scared off by US commercial involvement.

Trickle down bumbling…

Clinton presented Lavrov with a gift-wrapped red button, which said "Reset” in English and "Peregruzka” in Russian. The problem was, "peregruzka” doesn’t mean reset. It means overcharged, or overloaded.

"You got it wrong,” Lavrov said. "This says ‘peregruzka,’ which means overcharged.”

Zelenskyy is making another mistake by hanging all his hopes on the EU. Regardless of their current political agreement, they’re still just a coalition of countries, who haven’t always liked each other. That agreement may struggle to survive too much stress.

The thing they have in common is that they are not puppet states of Russia

Nope - a puppet state of the WEF.  Do you even know what the WEF is?
