Yes. He's a well known shill for "supplements" that don't do ish. Basically he will promote any product as long as he is paid.

I've heard the name, but know nothing about him really beyond the fact that Oprah hyped him up back in the day. Feel like maybe I heard the name because guys like Letterman made fun of him? Basically the same reason I've heard of Dr. Phil.

he's been on fox news frequently over the years. he was hawking hydroxychloroquine on Hannity at one point.

I find it hard to believe you don't know who he is. 

I mostly know of him through trying to deprogram my mother, who listens to his nonsense on Foxnews.

same. i've heard the name before so i knew he existed. but i honestly pictured dr. phil in my mind when i heard about dr. oz running.

Really depends on if they’re in network or not.  The fraud thing is a secondary concern.

If you ever stay up late at night you used to be able to catch him in infomercials selling BS herbs as supplements. Usually right between the Quick Seal ad and Ron Jeremy's talk show.

Don’t know how his platforms will be received, but he’ll get some votes with this one.
