Then, they complain that the people they mocked and attacked don't want to watch it. Plus, it's the internet. There are trolls that say all sorts of crazy stuff you see it in most social media posts. Some people just want to watch the world burn and laugh at stirring things up. They hyperfocus on the few negative/boob comments and apply it to the entire fan base. In reality, most people embrace diversity and think movies - especially sci-fi taking place with different planets and aliens - should definitely have diverse casts. When the content is not only bad, but tries too hard to force themes like girl power or men are bad, then people roll their eyes and mock it. SW fans have enjoyed characters that are women and people of color. They need to drop these narratives. Yes, the small number of hateful comments online from trolls can be dismissed, but they have to stop blaming fans when their content sucks.
October 8, 20241 yr maybe it's a simple as these people that are complaining and calling people racists for not watching a lousy show, are racists themselves.

Criticism is not Racism Two of the most popular characters in the entire series are a woman and a black man. No one cares about that. People criticized them because they sucked.

November 1, 2024Nov 1 You can tell how that pitch meeting went.... "Stranger Things is so hot right now... We should do a Star Wars version of it!"
November 7, 2024Nov 7 Movies suck..... As good as Rogue One was, I wish they would have made it a 5-10 hour Anthology series instead.

They should have combined Andor, Rogue One and Obi-Wan into a series like you're saying, where it's the world after Order 66. Could include hunting down remaining Jedi, cameos from Obi-Wan and Vader, the building up of the rebels, looking at the local/smaller impact of the Empire on people like Andor did, and then a 2 hour finale that would be the final Rogue One mission leading into A New Hope.

Trying to do different projects in different timelines. Different creative voices and visions. Quote The future of Star Wars movies just got a little more confusing. Deadline and Variety both report that Lucasfilm has tapped Simon Kinberg, best-known for his work on the X-Men films, to write and develop a new Star Wars trilogy. Kinberg will be working alongside Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy to produce them, according to the reports. Just what that trilogy will look like is unclear. Deadline says it could a continuation of the Skywalker story, which would make these episodes 10-12. But it could also be a brand-new saga that is tied in part to the other three Star Wars movies that Lucasfilm announced last year, which will be directed by James Mangold, Dave Filoni, and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. Lucasfilm previously said that Obaid-Chinoy’s film would bring back Daisey Ridley’s Rey as she attempts to build a new Jedi Order. So they're doing: Mandalorian and Grogu Supposedly a wrap up movie to the Thrawn story (or is that Mandalorian and Grogu?) A new movie with Rey A new trilogy They tried The Acolyte and cancelled season 2 Whatever timeline Skeleton Crew is in
November 8, 2024Nov 8 Just do Knights of the Old Republic already - there is a ton of material there so you don't have to run the risk of developing a new story that most people are probably going to hate anyway. It has strong female characters that people won't **** at, so you can fulfill your DEI BS.... Everybody wins.
