What ISPs do you use, and how much do you pay? And then what streaming service(s) do you use?

I have kinetic by Windstream. It's the only fiber in my area. Almost switched to Xfinity because it was cheaper, it when the guy came out install it he said the salesman lied and they didn't have fiber in my area. Just adds to me not trusting comcast.

In MN I had AT&T Air-Fi (I think is what it was called) -- a cellular-based internet service. Cost me $35/mo and provided as much speed and reliability as any previous provider I've ever used, and did not seem to have a monthly data cap. I am still paying for it (granted I only left MN 6ish days ago) because I can remotely monitor my thermostat and other WiFi stuff in the house.

I've had DirecTV Stream for just shy of 4 years, coinciding with moving into that place. My price has gone up a few times over the years, but its like $95/mo now and gives me like 14 simultaneous streams within my home and I believe 3 steams that I can do remotely (I use it when I travel and have a friend and relative who each use my account from completely separate states) with unlimited DVR. My grandmother has the traditional DTV that she refuses to get rid of because "the current remote is the only thing your grandfather knows how to use and I don't have time to deal with helping him or listening to him **** or struggle with something new" and she's paying just under $200 a month.

Still off as of now but, I think tonight as well

  1. DirecTV Steam has always been superior.

  2. I will be attending the game so I don't have to worry about my streaming subscription like you losers!

Don't the eagles play next Monday night? Probably Disney's way of getting people to jump over to Hulu live TV

I thought it would be back by now. They usually cut a deal the day they need too

I'd think you can do a free trial just for the game.

I can't get one of those, I've had Hulu before for a short while before I decided it was the suck

Supposedly YouTube TV proposed to Disney to let at least ABC and ESPN back on while they negotiate but, Disney hasn't given an answer to that yet

At this point, there are 2 shows that myself or my wife watch on regular TV. We watch Big Brother. And she watches The Challenge. She rarely even watches that live anymore. Usually recorded.

My kids watch 0 TV at all. Theyve grown up in a generation where youtube content has replaced television.

Its too bad we pay over 80 dollars a month to watch 2 shows, plus eagles games and 6ers games.

I havent noticed ABC and ESPN or any of the other channels missing at all. I havent even had Youtube TV on since that happened. It wouldnt affect me at all if the eagles didnt happen to be playing on Monday night this week.

I think I need to consider how I can continue watching those minimal shows without a big subscription of tons of channels I dont need. But there seems to be no other options to get NBC Sports Philly, and eagles games.

I don't miss them either, I hate espn and don't watch anything on the local channels. Except now the NBA is on ESPN so missed the game last night and would miss the eagles this coming Monday. I signed up for fubotv for a promotion of just 34 bucks for the month. Not sure what to do after though.

I ordered an antenna for $10 from Amazon. Hopefully it will let me get my local abc channel so I can watch mnf.

Looks like I'll be paying for 1 month of ESPN unless they settle this by Monday.

I switched from youtube tv to hulu tv. With some other bundles through fios i (unrelated to the switch really) was able to save like $30 a month overall (more for the first 3 months of hulu discount.

Its been fine so far. I dont watch anything other than sixers, eagles, flyers, phillies on regular tv other than the odd news broadcast once in a blue moon.

I was resarching the antenna route but didnt feel like going through with it. Interested to know how the antenna works out for @mr_hunt

I was going to go with Hulu TV but it wasn't compatible with my Internet and I've been reading bad reviews on it as well

I’ll let you know. I don’t know a damn thing about them but figured I’d try it for 10 bucks. lol if I get my local abc & can watch mnf it will be worth it.
