Yeah the first 3 seasons I remember enjoying - this one just hasn't been as good for me.

Interesting. I've not go to Reacher season 4 yet, so glad to see some reviews. A shame if its not what it was.

The Reacher spinoff Nealey was pretty good

just finished season 4. if not for the philly connection, it definitely took a step back.

Just finished S4 and agree. Reacher was enjoyable overall and had some good to great moments, but something felt missing the entire time. If there is a S5, we can see if the odd season numbers good, even season numbers ok thing continues.

Just started Reacher s4, I wait for full seasons.

Overall not bad, more of the same. But the dialogue is so bad. And I like Reacher as a character but the shtick is very one dimensional. And a lot of camera shots with slow zoom on his face aura farming. Might as well do it anime style.

I saw Prime advertising the spinoff. Yeah, because that's what fans are clamoring for, more of Neagley! 🙄

Neagley was actually pretty good, at least I thought it was.

I never thought about if we need more Ngealey. I just thought more reacher style show would be good. I havent watched yet, but I will.

He's friggin Hulk that takes out SWAT teams and militias but struggles with 2 tiny women with small handheld knives?

They were trying way too hard to make those women super villains.

I found it believable to be honest. Those chicks were frigging quick, and there were 2 attacking at the same time. Not like typical karate movies where the attackers take turns one at a time ensuring the good guy can easily defend himself. And those knives, super sharp, unorthodox shape and not the usual knife fighting style he would be will trained in defending against. Plus one was super hot which is very distracting.

I thought the most unbelievable part of it was how many slashing and stabbings he was able to withstand.

They were dodging machine gun bullets like Neo. The heroes do that too but it got absurd. Yes the quick knife cuts drain blood and cause him to get weak. But he's faced much worse, and he's so strong a couple hits would break the small women. Not just that scene but several with the good guys too, I was laughing, it felt like a comedy. Some of it was cartoonish.

Carrie series (Mike Flanagan) was pretty good

Its an issue when you have with a character like Reacher fighting women of a much smaller stature - the physics don't work that well, especially when Reacher is so physically fit. He's a unit most men would think, nah,I'll leave him alone, he'll kick my arse If it was the dweeb cop, then different story.

Not sure how they get around it either.

I tried it out strictly because of Flanagan and holey moley, half way through this series has been fire.

Young fans on social media are saying that the Carrie show stole from 11 on Stranger Things.
