I go onto construction sites all the time, it's called sales. Of course it's during the day when the contractors are still there

I see they're beginning demonize the victim, they're spinning it to where he was the aggressor and he walked into a home under construction among other things.

Concerning walking into a home under construction, I've done that several times.

Why are you walking into other peoples homes?

To meet your mom.

Exactly, I actually speak to the builders complementing them on their work.

Don't be silly, when a new development is under construction most of the homes aren't even sold and even if some are sold the owner hasn't moved in.

I actually had the developer walk me through a home that was under construction and had a buyer for that specific home.

I’m speaking, specifically, to residential planned developments where the homes are in various stages of construction. Some homes were purchased by buyers, some by speculators, and some not purchased at all. But, ALL are owned by the builder until the CO is obtained by the buyer.
And, here in the county I live in, if you get caught in a developers construction site without reason to be there, you WILL be kindly escorted out by the Sheriff.
That goes for buyers who wrote a down payment and picked out their paint colors and flooring...they’d be trespassing, too, unless they’re on a tour of the home with the builder or sales team.

A comedian is calling out Justin Timberlake and other white actors for posting Arberys image and disabling comments. Saying that doing that is allowing the celebs not to see their fanbase likely agree with the killing

Is there any kind of statement that you’re supposed to shout out prior to making the Citizens arrest?

Seems like a stretch.  I read the post and she's basically saying he can't "be an ally" without turning on comments and arguing with the people who disagree in the comments thread.  As if arguing with strangers on social media is worthwhile or some kind of barometer of wokeness.

C list talent trying to get her name in the news, even if plenty of celebs are probably just using the news to virtue signal.

I've worked in construction for over 25 years. If your snooping through my job site, I'm calling the cops. We get too many things stolen or vandalized. Stupid Shiite too. People will rip out all the wires on a forklift causing thousands of dollars worth of damage for $20 worth of scrap wire. Stay the F out of peoples job sites. Just last night some a-holes ripped open several bags of mortar on a job for no apparent reason. Now I have to set up a whole new delivery that I wasn't going to need.

Are you telling me that arguing with people on the internet isn't important?

Earlier this week it was homeless people stealing scaffolding to make a shelter.

Sorry, there's no vandalizing and stealing going on in my area, maybe you should look for work in a better part of town.

Like I said, I speak with the workers and contractors, they're happy to show off their craftsmanship.

Housing is in big demand in Northern VA, most of the homes aren't even sold, when they see me, they see a potential buyer, they'd be fools to call the police on someone snooping around in broad daylight.

I manage federal, state, and city funded public works projects mostly on freeways. You can't really pick the neighborhood....and no neighborhood is devoid of vandalizing and stealing no matter how nice it is. A-holes come from other neighborhoods.

Meeting with contractors is not the same as snooping through houses when no one is there. Keep snooping through houses when no one is there, someone will definitely call the cops on you.

Can’t believe you even had to say that.

Is him snooping around a construction site the real issue at hand? Come on

No. I'm just having a hard time believing posters here think it's common and completely acceptable to go wandering through unattended construction sites.

I don’t think it’s a big deal.  Certainly not enough to shoot someone over.  I’d compare it that old guy who shot someone dead for texting during a movie.

Was it during endgame? Cause if it was it’s justifiable.
