Yeah okay. They obviously had a trade and new contract in place for AJ Brown before the draft if Titans were in position to make the trade for their guy Burks. 

So now we need a CB and Safety which we can get in the 2nd and 3rd round. I like this draft a lot. 

Howie has done a great job on night one, IMO. 

I still dislike the Davis pick, but the Brown move saved the night. Hope I’m wrong about David.

I am very very good with Davis and Brown.

I predicted the Davis trade up,  thought it would be to 12, was 13.

Surprised by the trade for Brown.  They got the right kind of WR,  the big, replacing JJAW type receiver.  Proven top quality and the right kind of big WR. 

Great Job so far.

If only they had taken Hamilton at 13 this night would have been amazing. 

When's the last time we had two stud receivers? Macklin and Jackson?

I stated prior to the draft. This could’ve been hashed out earlier and I may be wrong that they didn’t want Williams and chose Davis. I’m not conceding my earlier point

2 sacks. The NFL is a passing league, and they took a DT who can’t rush the passer. And shows a lack of effort. And has weight issues.

#2 freakbeast all time after Megatron.     341 pounds and 4.78.   Never happened before.    That's something to be excited about.   You can argue about this or that with Davis,  but at the core,  Davis is exciting.   Will this very exciting freakbeast be able to play every down?   Will people complain if he doesn't play every down?  He was the defensive player of the year and huge fast and powerful.  "but if they put 3 guys on him, they can stop him".

that is main concern I have with that pick.

3. Given his relatively late introduction to the sport, Davis was a three-star recruit out of high school and ranked as the No. 29 defensive tackle in the 2018 recruiting class and the No. 15 recruit in the state of North Carolina. He signed with the Bulldogs over North Carolina and N.C. State. Upon transitioning to Georgia, Davis made an immediate impact at nose tackle in a 3-4 base scheme, earning Freshman All-SEC and Freshman All-American honors. 

4. Though he was projected as an early-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, Davis opted to return for his senior season at Georgia. The winner of the 2021 Chuck Bednarik Award, given annually to the best defensive player in college football, he recorded 32 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss, and two sacks on his way to First-Team All-SEC and First-Team All-American honors. 

5. Though he specialized in keeping opponents out of the end zone, Davis himself made a trip there in a Senior Day win over Charleston Southern in November. The 341-pound lineman, who has been used as an extra blocker in goal-line situations, motioned into the backfield, and took the handoff, powering into the end zone for a 1-yard score.

76ers POUNDED the Raptors, Embiid mocked the fans, Doc didn't get another choke playoff game. Howie was competent, pretty much. Imma sleep well 2nite.
