April 29, 20224 yr A lot of good players still left. An LB maybe? The Georgia or Utah one? Or Secondary help gets drafted? Need both. UGH.

Low effort, struggles with his weight, only 2 sacks in 14 games, partly because he was taken out on a lot of third downs because he sucks as a pass rusher. I just don’t see it. And hard to see a guy who showed poor effort at the college level when he’s trying to get into the league suddenly improve his effort level once he’s made it.

Dude was going to be there at 15. I hate Howie being in control of the draft. I have to force myself to watch every year because of him. How about a smart, straight forward draft? Not with Howie at the helm.

April 29, 20224 yr Davis has never forced a fumble in over 1000 snaps in college. He's not a playmaker, this pick is a bit of a reach.

Cox showed he can at least rush the passer a bit at the college level. Cox had 5 sacks in 12 games his last year in college, compared to 2 sacks in 14 games for Davis. This guy isn’t in Cox’s level as an NFL prospect.
April 29, 20224 yr Author Receivers flying off the board. But at least we got our run stopper I guess.

I believe his potential is high once he learns pushing rushing moves. Something he can learn from Cox and the Coaches.. Also, his performance at the combine was impressive. He is able to run.
