June 27, 20223 yr And especially, if there was a high ranking Democrat down there using his authority as a government figure, whipping them into a frenzy to do this, you know, a Lizzy Warren or something like that. That person should go to jail. We still agreeing?

The same ones telling us they simply "don't have the same career choices as men", are now telling us they shouldn't have access to abortion either. If that isn't a full blown call for the oppression of women's rights to economic prosperity & independence then WTF is? It’s not, but I know of a book that has some ideas that would be:

Yes, if they can prove that any high ranking democrat spoke sternly in regards to the Roe v Wade decision, then, yes, they definitely incited the violent insurrection and should be punished as well. So now we just have to find out if any high ranking dems have spoken out against the court's decision.

If there's video evidence of a high ranking official specifically telling this crowd to go to the Arizona capital, you'd agree that that stupid Mf'er should be put away right?

We should also look on private message boards for anyone who offered aid and comfort to the enemy.

As long as they didn't specifically tell them to protest peacefully, I think they'd deserve jailtime. At any rate, we need an investigative team or maybe a committee to figure out who radicalized these folks into insurrecting.

What if he specifically told them he'd meet them there, but then went home, ate a KFC Double Down and watched it on TV, while doing absolutely nothing to stop it despite having the authority to do so?

June 27, 20223 yr I’ll admit it, I’m petrified to actually read the Dobbs case re the majority’s analysis. I agree with their conclusion for personal reasons but based on the snippets I’ve read, it sounds like the logic used is horrific and lazy. It also sounds like they focus on abortion generally instead of the specific rights of the unborn child. If true, it may end up being one of the worst opinions of our lifetime, even if many of us here agree with their final decisions.
