Abortions are more common among black women because progressives were originally using it to try to wipe out the black race.  Most abortion clinics are located in minority neighborhoods.  Now you sick, wicked f's use that as an argument to keep it legal nationwide.

No. It went over your head. Maybe you will get the next one though.

Yeah you definitely missed it. It's ok.

So if we follow science, when does viability begin. When it has a heart beat  ?   Does that even matter ?   I say it’s worked for 50yrs why change it.

I wasn't making any argument at all in that post.  Just providing some numbers...which apparently caused you to have a series of mini-strokes.   What a F'ing weirdo.

There were tidbits of truth in what he wrote.  Planned Parenthood was founded by the racist Margaret Sanger to help keep down the black population.

Well you're not the brightest bulb out there, so those of us who aren't mind readers aren't privy to what you know and what you don't

Meanwhile, back on planet earth where the rest of us live . . .

For everybody freaking out over the release of this draft opinion, who do you possibly expect to be the 5th justice who'd join in - John Roberts?  Seriously?

I'll believe it when the official opinion is released.  Until then, it's just a talking point to me.

You really think it's worked?  The abortionists have gone incrementally further until there's virtually no restrictions at all. Regardless, all this draft does is reaffirm the way our system was set up, that legislatures make the laws, not the Supreme Court. Blame this on every congress since for not doing their jobs, one way or the other.  They won't, which means it's up to the states. Democrats have no problem shipping illegal immigrants all over the country, so now they can focus on helping women who want abortions travel to get them.

They don't need Roberts. Alito, Thomas, Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch.  That said, I agree, until it happens it's just muckraking.

Wouldn't be a Republican post without squeezing illegal immigration in there somehow

5th justice to join what? The article points out the 5 who are already presumed to vote in accordance with Alito. Roberts isn't even needed if these 5 are on-board. I'm of the opinion that Gorsuch ultimately decides to uphold precedent but Alito, Thomas, and Barrett are basically slam dunks at this point.

A person familiar with the court’s deliberations said that four of the other Republican-appointed justices — Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett — had voted with Alito in the conference held among the justices after hearing oral arguments in December, and that line-up remains unchanged as of this week.

For sure. After the Trumpbot fascists, American Christofascists represent the most immediate threat to the future of our republic. In some ways, they are intertwined, but the latter have a rich political history that you can trace back to Reagan's courting of "Moral Majority" scumbags like Jerry Falwell.

Democrats had how many years with with Obama to make this law and nothing happened, but now it needs to get done.

Well, they really only had two years but were focused on ACA the whole time. Really, though, they had four decades and at least three instances in which they arguably had enough votes to write it into law, but they never really even so much as proposed the idea. Talking about doing it now is laughable and can be nothing more than theatre. We already know the Court's opinion. The law would be immediately challenged and invalidated by this SCOTUS. The only remedy now is an amendment, and that has zero chance of happening in this climate.
