Republicans claim to be Pro Life.

The Fetus has rights that outweigh the mother's rights. But as soon as the baby is born...

Republican's support cutting the baby's education funding, health care, and the mother's leave time from work. If the child is a minority, Republican's support eliminating affirmative action, welfare benefits and cutting the school lunch program. '

Not to mention, they support the Death Penalty.

How pro life is that?

They don't even want to provide free school lunches.

Putting aside one’s stance on the issue, we should all agree that it is egregious and dangerous that this was leaked. Draft opinions should remain private and debated among the justices. Not every cas

It honestly infuriates me that a guy like Gaetz, who is currently under investigation for involvement in child sex trafficking, feels eminently comfortable to keep being proud a d-bag on Twitter, regarding matters of sexual freedom, no less.

I really hope this waste of life gets what's coming to him.

What, you're against the death penalty for fetuses?

I'd be against the state forcing women to get abortions

I didnt say someone convicted of stealing a loaf of bread should be hanged

But what is the point of jailing an admitted and proven murderer for decades on end?

Are you saying there has never been a murder proven beyond the shadow of a doubt?

You brought up the death penalty in an abortion thread, maybe you shouldnt bring up logic when youre using none

Trumpbots: The government is run by a secret cabal known as the deep state! They're not only corrupt but also satanic pedophiles!

Also Trumpbots: That said, they probably can make good decisions about who is guilty of a crime and deserving of death.

Karma is not instant. Have patience... He will get what is coming to him. And it will be glorious.

Kraft Dinner, eh? Is that what life's all aboot?

No, life is about wearing a green dress.

But not a real green dress, that's cruel.

Hilarious interaction from the peak of the Saint Floyd riots.

They get so quiet.

Sexism in the Republican Party isn’t new or particularly revelatory; the GOP made limiting the rights of women a de facto policy for years before Trump took power. But as the modern culture war intensifies, it’s clear that unvarnished sexism will be a common bedrock conservatives like Gaetz fall back on.

Gaetz’s tweet hits several familiar notes. "Over-educated” invokes the specter of "Marxist” colleges. He references "millennials” to pander to boomers who think the generation they sabotaged is weak and pretentious. "Lonely microwave dinner with their cats” derisively refers to feminists as undesirable. It’s extremely basic stuff, but like most of the GOP’s other smooth-brained social platforms, it plays because it conveniently helps onlookers treat street protests like the irrational actions of an irrelevant minority, allowing them to discount the participants as human beings whose opinions and experiences matter.

It was just a matter of time. Activists now targeting SCOTUS justices homes along with Catholic Churches for protests. Google "Ruth sent us”.

As long as they're on public property, I don't think they're doing anything illegal. Can protesting on a street or sidewalk adjacent to a private residence be considered harrasment?

Depends on the local regulations, as many places would require a permit. While I agree that it likely isn't illegal, I've always thought protesting outside someone's home is too far. Office? Fine. But these people have families that should be allowed to live in peace.

That's what happens with zealots who are convinced they are "morally right".  They believe their actions don't matter.

Yup, even if it isn't illegal, it does seem to cross a line.
