Like, remember the time he said border police should just start massacring illegals with machine guns! My unimpeachable record of completely unbiased, fact based arguments and historical recounts on this forum speaks for itself.

And impeach the justice for leaking, but not impeach the Justice whose wife supported overthrowing the Government. Got it. Fox News is just quoting the Chief Justice. Typical liberal - blame the messenger. What about the quote are you blaming Fox News for? Here, go blame CNN which pretty much printed the same article. smh. https://www.cnn.com/2022/05/05/politics/john-roberts-supreme-court-leak/index.html

I'd have to think so, at least as a very preliminary draft done by one justice. Politico reports that this has 5 judges' support, implying it was assigned to Alito as opposed to being something he just had his clerks put together. We'll all just have to wait and see what comes out as the final.

Wade, despite the fact that 69% of Americans are in favor of it, Newsmax host Grant Stinchfield went on a farcical rant Tuesday about who he believes is behind the leaked draft opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito. There's a difference between leaking a confidential opinion in an attempt to destroy the confidentiality of the process, and a justice's wife being a loon. If it can be proven that Thomas' voted the way he did in order to protect his wife, then he should be impeached. Without that you can't impeach a guy for having poor taste in a spouse. Comparing the 2 situations is ridiculous and utterly predictable from the left.

May 6, 20223 yr My current suspicion is that somebody on the staff saw the draft, and told somebody else about it - then that person got their hands on it. I wonder if they will catch the person that took it? I doubt it, unless they are stupid, which these days, is 50-50, so who knows?

The justification of the behavior was that the racist MAGAt didn't physically harm anyone and that while they wouldn't do it themselves this individual was free to harass and intimidate anyone he wanted because it wasn't against the law. How times have changed... I am pretty sure it was on this board, maybe in the Floyd thread, and I am pretty sure that poster worked at kmart.
